I was desperate! Our contractors were coming first thing in the morning and our materials were stuck in a warehouse in Anaheim, who was now saying they'd be unable to deliver until the middle of next week! My SOS call was answered by the owner, Freddy, who was at the airport and just about to board a flight... but that didn't stop him from trying to help.
