Ziply was a lifesaver late Thursday evening for a deliver to Palms Springs early Friday morning. I tried to get a price quote online but wanted to make sure my instructions were clear so I called there office and spoke to nice gentleman name Matt. I gave him all the details and he gave me a price quote which was good but I needed to check with the my coworker and told Matt I would get back to him and he was fine with that. 5 stars are not enough. I'd give these guys 10 if I could. I am out of the area and needed some boxes moved from the one location in Los Angeles to another with one day notice. I called because I wanted to make sure they could handle the number of items. The owner personally answered the call and worked out all the details. I actually could have booked using their very easy online booking system, but since I had never used them before I wanted to make sure. The driver showed up at the location exactly on time, efficiently loaded everything and got it to the destination. Completely saving my project. A few weeks later I needed a much larger number of boxes moved from Los Angeles up to the Bay Area. Wanted to schedule it during low traffic hours but their system didn't have that option - surprised driver went through all the traffic to deliver at 8:57 pm. The driver was very friendly. I found Ziply on Yelp and the service was fantastic. FedEx had really screwed up a shipment of medications to my son who is at UC Santa Barbara...it was ultimately 5 days late. I had extra here in LA and I was so happy that Ziply had someone on a weekend who would drive from Venice to Santa Barbara. I contacted Ziply because it was the only service that said 24/7 and also the description said it was family run and something about the way it was written made me believe it. It was also SO easy. I was worried it wasn't real it was so easy! But once they contacted me in about 10 minutes by email ( after I filled out the form online) saying they had a driver and who he was with his cell number I had higher hopes. The driver showed up 25 min later, like he said he would via text. From start to finish Ziply got my package to Santa Barbara in three hours.
