The first time they came out to clean our office front windows they did a great job and for a great price. I have scheduled them twice since then, even requested to set up a monthly service, and they never showed up. No call/no email to reschedule or say that they couldn't make it. It doesn't matter how good a job you do if you can't show up to do it!! Looking for a new window service now... Today I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who really knows how to wash windows and takes pride in his work. It was Sunday, I was going out of town in one day and needed someone to clean all the windows in and out, window seals, lubricate the tracks so everything should work perfectly.
