But the owner of strategic was so certain it was the ducts and would not come check the unit again flat out refused. My elderly father who is on oxygen lives with me and air is a must. Called to ask for a refund but stated he wasn't given a chance to come back out and reclean. 1) I shouldn't have to call you out for something that should have been completed the first time correctly (and we would not have known if we weren't dealing with another issue). 2) I don't have time to track you down on day we are closing. I don't know if he's responsive for others, but in my experience you are not going to know if he actually cleaned anything. Picture shows the clog that was removed today. And this is not from recent use as there has been no one in house.

He was able to quickly come to our home, and fix the water pipe shut off valve. The water presssure literally burst the valve off under our sink. He also replaced the shut off valve for our toilet. After receiving the deposit, his communication became unreliable, often ignoring calls and texts. He would appear briefly and then disappear for days , leaving the area messy and incomplete. The workmanship was poor, and he lacked proper tools which produced low-quality results. The promised site preparation, including proper excavation, sloping, and base installation, was not completed as agreed. Because of these issues, I had to hire another company to fix the work, costing me additional money. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and unreliable, and I would not recommend him despite his claims or past work photo and even having a formal agreement because he will not abide by it. Go with a legit company that charges around the same per sqft for pavers.

My neighbor was impressed by K & L's no-nonsense, honest approach. So I had called 2 other A/C companies to get estimates. One appeared to use deception and a bit of pressure. The other never showed ! Finally, DAVID from K & L came over on short notice, and on NEW YEAR'S EVE. ( I felt a little guilty bringing him over on basically a holiday.) DAVID checked out my system, even got the dead compressor running for a bit - evaluated what I had, what was going on with my outdated system. No razzle-dazzle, no dog & pony show, just an honest straight-forward proposal that was very competitive. Of course I wanted a good price, but price is only part of the equation. So we went with K & L - and in a few days they gave me an install date. Their installers were right on time.
