The staff was always friendly and helpful in person and via email, and I was never charged with hidden fees I didn't know about. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price of linen rental. This may be the price that the linen company sets, not TRU, but $15 for linens you can't keep seems crazy to me. I purchased mine for $7 each online, laundered them afterward, and now I'm reselling them to make most of my money back. Buy linens, don't rent them, unless you've got unlimited funds.

The room was reserved only for us, but because management is so tight, they wouldn't allow for any setup. They only allow for a specific amount of party supplies. If you need more, they charge extra per piece. The staff were polite, but too many rules. In the end, they stopped us from taking out our party supplies until after we paid. Tim March was spectacular and professional from start to finish when planning our reception. He was diligent, kept in touch often, and we felt like we'd known him for years while dealing with him.
