The room was reserved only for us, but because management is so tight, they wouldn't allow for any setup. They only allow for a specific amount of party supplies. If you need more, they charge extra per piece. The staff were polite, but too many rules. In the end, they stopped us from taking out our party supplies until after we paid. In conclusion, enjoy the fun inflations, but I don't recommend them hosting parties.

Tables are heavy wood, splintered, warped and in need of repair. Their trucks will leave oil stains in your driveway, if they even make it safely to the job. They do not comply with DOT motor carrier regulations for the safe maintenance and operations of Commercial Motor Vehicles, as required by the FMCSA. In fact, they actively circumvent these regulations for their fleet. They're customer service is rude. The customer is rarely right here, its a "My way or the highway" type of organization. If you are an employee or considering working for them, you will have a very difficult time getting paid. Approximately 1 out of every 4 or 5 payroll checks will bounce. If you are a customer, they will blame this on you and make you out to be the bad guy with their employees. If they make a mistake, they will make their employees out to be the bad guy with the customer. No accountability. End of the day, if you want cheap, shoddy inventory and a bad personable experience, go with Bauer's. If you want a nice party or wedding, with friendly service, quality inventory and a safe working environment, there are better providers for your needs.
