The room was very warm as they had a small heater on the floor but the doctor explained to us that the test works better at about 82* in the room. He responds quickly, and the Patient Portal is a wonderful and efficient tool available to any patient, or their essential caregiver. He asks thoughtful questions and truly LISTENS to your answers. Our appointments are always on time, and the waiting room isn't packed. I've often wondered how they stagger their appointments so well.
