I worked with Dr. Karl Oehrtman after a horrific accident and I lost all the hearing in one ear. He was so professional, yet kind and understanding at the obvious huge loss, he fully explained and provided solutions that helped me then and his advice and care have lasted for the last 13 years. Dr Healy was nice and helpful but BEWARE the costs!! New patient fee on top of huge bill. One visit cost me $400. Diagnosis: take OTC nasal spray. Never going again. read more

I like Dr Keele and would probably give him 5 stars but I cannot give the office as a whole anything but maybe 2. I feel they are price gouging. Not sure who sets their prices (Logan?) $220 for 15 minutes to tell me to go get over the counter nasal spray. I don't know how people like me, without insurance and on a fixed income can afford this. So sad. read more

If there was less than 1 star I would give it to this place.. They are crooks! They took over $5k from my mom and left her with a crappy hearing aid and NO support. They refuse to talk with me now and I am her POA for medical and financial matters.. Stay FAR away from this place, they will RIP YOU OFF!! read more

This business does not regularly answer their phone during normal hours or return messages promptly, sometimes at all.

This is a private practice,they are not at all in any way affiliated with KRMC/North Valley.All they have is hospital privileges for surgery.That means after signing their paperwork they can bill you for whatever and you are stuck with it.It's really rotton that they have the monopoly around here and they are not even KRH.If they cared about people they would get them in right away when people are having genuine concerning symptoms but they don't,and they don't care one bit.The two front office ladies are very rude individuals,some of the worst.Jody in billing is an awful "human being" the way she treats people.She wouldnt know what compassion is if it hit her up side the head.They are ruining this office.Get more doctors in there that are not private and stop going out of your way to make people suffer. read more

Long review but VERY worth reading: I saw 2 different doctor's at this practice and I honestly wish I could say I recommend both of them, but I cannot. At the time when I saw them, I was 23 years old. I am now 24. I first saw Dr. Mitchell Ramsey in January of 2021. I had symptoms that I had never experienced before, primarily swelling of lymph nodes in my throat and changes to the tissue on my tongue. He looked at me and confirmed my lymph nodes were swollen, but did not suggest anything further. When I explained what was happening to my tongue had NOT happened before in all of my 23 years of life, he disputed with me that it was normal and I am "young and healthy." I pressed him further on the matter during that appointment and he very reluctantly prescribed me something in the event that it was oral thrush. When my symptoms did not improve after taking the antifungal, I knew I needed to see another doctor, but I did not want to return to Dr. Ramsey. I instead made an appointment with Dr. Kyle Tubbs. During that appointment, I received similar treatment and was told that what was going on with me looked perfectly normal to him. I emphasized to him that I had not experienced these symptoms before and that this is something new in my body that started. He again told me it was normal and not to worry. I then saw a different doctor at a different practice that actually took some lab work and found that I had a VERY simple infection that could easily be treated. The final doctor I saw was incredibly surprised that BOTH Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Tubbs had not at least taken a swab to be sent off to a lab to cover any possibilities of infection. It could have been resolved very easily if either one of them had done that, but I instead had to wait months to get treated for something so simple. It honestly greatly disappoints me that I was not taken seriously because of my age. I've had many great experiences with doctors in the past, but this experience was one of the worst ones I have faced. My concerns were ignored and I was instead told I was "young and healthy" and likely did not have anything to worry about when I actually did have something that needed to be treated. read more

This is one of the worst offices I have ever dealt with. The doctor spent 5 minutes in the room with me and ordered a CT. Shortly afterward, another provider found the enlarged lymph nodes I had asked him to look at and sent me to a specialist (a real specialist who actually looked at my nodes). To add insult to injury, the tech refused to fax the CT order. After calling 6 times, I finally got a return call with the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. She told me she could not fax across state lines!! OMG seriously? Eventually, I had to get another referral to another ENT in order to get the CT. When I got a phone call asking for close to 300$ for the visit, I was flabbergasted!! 300$ to get a stupid excuse because the girl didn't want to punch in the number I gave her and send a fax. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be treated extremely poorly and charged dearly. read more

Don't expect to be seen at, around or near your appointment time. Don't expect to be updated on why they are running behind schedule and your still sitting in the waiting room one hour after your appointment time. The receptionist for the hearing tests talks to you like she's a robot. Very weird. I have great insurance and just went in for a routine hearing test which then turned into a 3 minute CT scan which then turned into a 5 minute appointment/evaluation with Dr. Ramsey explaining the CT results (which were basically nothing) and to top it all off, I got an exorbitant bill (after my really good insurance paid them). Now I have to call them once a week and ask why my bill never goes down in spite of regular payments and when this nightmare can be over. How I regret stepping into that office. Oh and they try to tell you that they only sent out 2 bills and then turn you into collection if the whole amount isn't paid off. What Jerks! read more

I saw Dr. Keele in May 2020 to get a fine needle biopsy done of an enlarged thyroid gland. The front office staff was very friendly, and Dr. Keele was extremely nice, friendly, and explained every step of what he was doing, which put me at ease. Given the fact that it was a needle biopsy, he definitely made it less stressful and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. read more
