The two Drs who really made a difference during their short employment at IPC were Dr Stephen Karp & Dr Jason, as well as their medical assistants, who kept the "Human" in patient care, and took the time to understand my chronic health condition and the most appropriate care plan for me, not for the general population with my condition.

The second MRI showed another pinched nerve so here we go another surgery, 2 weeks later I had a lump on my back and it was a puss pocket . I went to the ER Deer Valley where I sat from Saturday till Tuesday they did clean out surgery. 8 months later I have no use of my right arm and my left arm can't pick anything up .I can't work anymore and everyday is a struggle. He is a miracle worker. He is kind, calm, takes him time, knows what he is doing and cares about his patients. He did my surgery three weeks later. In a one hour surgery, he took my quality of life from a 2 to a 10. He is very responsive in returning calls, as is his staff. I have had three major knee surgeries within the last four years. My experience with Dr Murphy and his staff was hands down the easiest and, by far, the very best. If I ever have another spinal issue, I will travel to wherever he is operating.

I filled them out however after reading the Hipaa form I refused to sign it as it would allow them to disclose my information and I was unwilling to allow that until I became a patient. The person at the front desk said I completely understand and asked me to take a seat and I would be called in. I was escorted to a waiting room and told they were going to take my vitals for the exam. I refused as I said I was there for a consultation and not an exam. I was told the doctors assistant would be right in. When the assistant came in she said I forgot to sign the Hipaa form. I said I was unwilling to sign it as I was not agreeable to having my information disclosed to third parities until I decided to become a patient. She said the doctor will not see you unless you are a patient, so I said ok and stood up to leave. I was escorted to the door.
