When I first heard of Innovative Tax Relief (hereinafter "ITR") I was a bit reluctant. I did not want to be a victim of fraud. However, they assuaged my concerns, specially Victor. Dealing with the IRS is scary as they are known to be the worst debt collector and have no empathy. ITR was able to lower the amount I owed tremendously, in which I can breathe a little. Victor was patient with me, knew of my concerns and work with me. As a matter of fact everyone at ITR, from the ROA and accounting were professional.
