My chief complaint as a patient was addressed correctly and expeditiously. I was mostly alone during my treatments and I did try and attempted to use the home theraband suggestion home stretches seriously and Ice packed the off site pain management advices suggested by accredited Physical Therapists. I've tried reflexology natur/oPathy massage (like Massage eNVy), but the pain became intolerable between working two jobs, attending two colleges same time, while - - also being a new parent. Scheduling options was not disparaging and it's never a stigma to get help when you honestly need to get help. I did have uncovered unpaid balances for missing appointments due to both scholastic and two jobs schedule conflicts, in which in compliance I've paid in full and out of pocket. They accepted both HMO - and PPO- base insurance/s. Overall my personal experience in this facility was ok, I did not get injured after walking out of Jackson physical therapy clinic and their Staff were sufficient and demeanors were friendly and not rude professionals.

Previously, I was told by doctors in the area that it was due to frozen shoulder but they realized that this was not the case and recommended that I get an MRI. She was able to convince the doctors to book an MRI at the time. Turns out she was right and doctors were able to find a tumor and I am getting treated now. If Cristina was not so persistent in the level of care, I would have brushed it off and this tumor could have been a bigger problem. She is a superstar!

Odd thing was, someone had recommended Dr. Chandra to us because she was happy with her ankle surgery. This is an orthopedist office - this is the specialist. Synopsis: I called twice to schedule and confirm my appointment time, provided my info, and received information on how to send over any records. The receptionist was kind and reminded me to bring in a copy of my MRI. This was a good sign, because I like doctors who take the time to look at my imaging rather than relying on just a report. I show up and am asked who I am and if I have an appointment. Receptionist goes back to look up my info and I wait. After about 40 minutes of waiting, I ask if I can fill out paperwork or give them a copy of my insurance. They tell me I can't fill out paperwork yet, and decline an offer to at least copy my insurance card. After 60 minutes of waiting, I am handed a stack of my medical records and am informed that these orthopedic surgeons don't diagnose or treat ankles. Conclusion: I would have been fine being told that they didn't have time to see me, and I could schedule an appointment for a later date. I can understand miscommunication and scheduling issues. After speaking with 4 people there at the front desk, their decision to try to convince me orthopedists aren't trained in ankles is baffling. He made me do several very painful arm movements, then made me do them again "just to be sure". He then told me that I would need to get an MRI before he would believe me, and that I should give up and not waste my money. When I asked about things I could do to help myself, like stretches or if I should put heat or cold on it, he ignored me. I understand that a lot of people are just addicts trying to get high, but I needed this man's help and he never had any intention of helping me.
