I made the mistake of blindly choosing an insurance agent this way assuming they would all be the same. A mistake. I went to his office to consult with him because I hate conducting business like this over the phone. While waiting in his grungy uncomfortable office i started thinking the place could really use a good cleaning, there was a spider web on the chair next to mine and dust bunnies everywhere. I was 15 mins early for the appointment and waited over 35 mins past the start time. Total time of 50mins waiting and I could see straight into his office where he was eating an early lunch at 11:00am by himself and texting or playing on his phone the whole time (not talking on it). I was about to leave when the receptionist, bless her heart went and "reminded" him I was waiting. She lead me to his door and the first thing he did was introduce himself, ask my name, and ask what I was there for(no apology for the wait). When I told him I was first looking to clear up some questions I had about different kinds of policies, he stopped me and told me "Im really sorry I dont have a lot of time right now, I have a meeting out of office and need to get going here shortly. I could leave you with one of my associates to answer your questions or point you to some good information online before I leave." He said this as if we did not have an appointment and I had just walked in off the streets. Im a rather passive person so I told him I would just look it up online and left. I have never been so offended by a business owner in my life. I guess Rick Young wants you to do all the work yourself so he can just collect the commission. I do owe thanks to Rick though because without him I would never have found my new agent who is amazing. Maybe this was a fluke (doubt it) but I could never recommend this business to anyone. Ever.

I called multiple times for updates and was either given no useful information or told they couldn't help. At one point, the call simply ended without any resolution. When you're stuck on the side of the road, you expect the service you're paying for to show up. That didn't happen here. If you're considering AAA for reliability or peace of mind, I would strongly reconsider. My experience was the opposite.
