Then they turned around and billed us another $80. The physical therapist was incredible but not $415 incredible. When I called them they let me know that that's what I owe because the insurance didn't cover anything. They had no problem letting me know one hour ended up being $415 instead of the $255 they told me and had no real reason for it.

So they charge you over $900 for a brace that you can buy online for $130. They tell you that is their cost. They give no information about the upfront cost and just drop it on you. They do apologize for the miscommunication though. Which must be worth at least $400. After the procedure was done, we sat and chatted for a couple minutes, which was cool. They made the whole thing so much better than it usually is. It's nice to see staff with that kind of attitude and care for the patients.
