So my car had been down for about a month due to the complexity of putting on this a/c compressor. Had several mechanics come through and wasn't able to get the job fully done. I called insane auto repair and he came to me right then and there and put the a/c compressor on fast. Now I'm back riding in the air again. I can't thank this guy enough for how quickly and courteously he took care of me in my time of need. I was on my way to a medical appointment when smoke started coming up from under my hood on the interstate. I pulled off the road and wasn't getting any help via my AAA app. After it cooled off, I gimped over to my appointment and contacted my mother via text message (I have a disability and don't use voice calling). I don't remember which one of us found this guy online, but she contacted him for me and he was very quick to drive over to my location and start working on my Jeep while I was inside for my appointment. He was also very patient with me while I had to get cash from ATMs to pay him since I couldn't get my Apple Pay to work (user error [mine], no doubt). I got a diagnosis saying I needed a radiator, decided to get insane auto as a 2nd opinion and i indeed needed a radiator. He responded to my message fast and came to diagnose the same day.
