We called Chris, and he was at our vehicle within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad starter, took my husband to pick up the replacement part, then came back and installed it. Before he even came out, Chris was upfront about the small diagnostic/travel fee, and once he confirmed the issue, he explained the labor cost before doing any work. The labor charge felt very fair for an emergency mobile repair that got us back on the road so quickly. One thing to know is that he only accepts cash, so be prepared if you need his services. If we had waited until the next day to have the van towed to a shop, we would have spent much more on a hotel, towing, and the repair itself. Instead, Chris saved our family a lot of time, stress, and money. We made it all the way to our destination without any issues. So I filled my insurance claim and chose them to do the work. I thought this company was up for the task. So it took them about a week to put the bumper on and even then it was not put on properly.
