As a result, I tend to run over quite a lot of wood chips and scrap steel which puncture my tires. On average, I have to get about ten tires repaired or replaced every year. Fortunately, when I showed up at this particular Firestone bright and early, I only had a slow leak. The gentleman behind the counter got my information, saw that I had a company car and had my information in his computer and got me right in. They had the tire patched (not plugged) which is a major bonus as it's a more permanent fix and saves you money in the long run even though it takes more time because they have to take the tire off the rim. I was out of there in the hour and the bill was sent to my company. All done at a reasonable price. Thanks Firestone.

I initially went to grease monkey for my first oil change of my brand new vehicle. I had just hand…read morewashed my vehicle and inspected it and then brought it to get an oil change and when I got home i saw that there were 2 knicks on the front of my hood where whoever did the oil change leaned over the vehicle and scratched it. It took a month and a 1/2 to finally get an answer from the risk management team saying that they denied my claim because they can't prove that they caused this damage and the bill was too high. Was told that they probably would have paid it if it would have been a lower amount. This was my first oil change with them and my last. I was happy with my service until I saw the damage. I am not the type of person wants something for nothing and wouldn't have blamed them if I wasn't a 100% sure this was caused by them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The manager was trying to be funny but was more aggravating than anything. He asked how they could help us and I said, "Just need an oil change please". His reply... "that's it?" -yes "No brake job?" -No "Tire rotation"? -No "Alignment?" -No "Tune Up?" -No ..... and a few more I can't remember. Annoying yet friendly (hence the 2 stars). So he directs us to bay 1 behind another vehicle getting service. We sat there for 15-20 mins. He comes back over and says "I think bay 3 is going to open soon", so he backs the car up behind us and we move to bay 3. Where we sit for another 10 mins. Then I see bay 1 open up and the car that was behind us move in and start their service. He sees it.. says nothing. So we sit there a few more minutes and finally have enough. The guy running bay 3 has the driver in front of us out of the car and they are discussing an air filter, manager is over there looking too. So I peel the sticker off my front window, turn around, and hit the road... which the manager saw and obviously didn't care. So in all, it's more than the advertised "10 minute oil change" because they are so focused on up-selling you stuff, that it isn't convenient at all. 30+ minutes wasted in 2 lines and would have been much longer because they haven't even finished the oil change on the guy in front of us. So we hit the road and finished our trip back to Hoover where we went to the Express Oil on Hwy 150... Guy named Andrew was awesome... In and out in less than 10 minutes. Maybe that isn't the norm at this location, but it was our first and last time there.

We had to replace the radiator as well as hose's ect. On a late Friday afternoon. Christian Brothers came through for me. The entire staff was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road and home safely. What a blessing. I'm truly grateful.

I went in to have my battery checked and was told I needed a new battery and had to have a…read more"special" kind for my car (2021 Honda accord- that was going to cost around $280; they then told me the total was going to be $500 and I asked why so much - they said the battery and the fee for checking it and installing it. I needed to get home because car was getting to point it wasn't going to crank so against my better judgment I said ok. Then when I got my bill - the battery was $330 and they charged me $60 for checking it and installing new one, then a charge of $35 for chemicals and shop rags and cleaning machine ... WTH? and they installed a new terminal kit for $35.... they never mentioned that. All this from a shop who I recently had work done by but under a warranty program so that repair they earned a little over $2000... so I wasn't a new customer. I very much felt like I was taken advantage of from being a lady and maybe even the fact I mentioned I needed my car for work and couldn't be stranded. I will NEVER go back and I will let all my friends and followers on mine and their platforms know to never use them for any of their automobile needs.

My transmission started slipping and acting up. I took it back. They said everything's fine. We don't see anything wrong with it. I said OK. I took it to a transmission specialist the next week and he said I was 4 1/2 quarts low. I don't know how they are about selling vehicles but I can tell you I have the paperwork to prove that they are not good mechanics save yourself the trouble and don't trust them.
