However, I did feel neglected and still uneducated about the process and was left ignored and waiting a lot when white ppl were coming in and out getting everything they needed immediately. I also was not privy to an enormous charge to pay with any card, had I known I would've brought cash. I paid $600 total for my hcg that was new yr eve. Jan 2nd, I was told to pick up the hcg at the paces ferry location. So I called before I came and was told it would be ready. Let me tell you this facility is run down and not on the level of the sandy springs location. When I went in, I was again ignored by the white woman at the front desk even after everyone cleared out. When one of the white women finally acknowledged my presences after waiting forever, I was met with a bunch of questions rudely as if I hadn't paid and that none of the other white woman that were there received and I paid everything up front. Not like the other customers that were making payments. Then the other white woman came out and says I spoke with her she's fine. Since receiving my first half of hcg my weight has been the same. And interestingly enough, no one has checked up to see about progress. No one ever took photos or actually measured anything. It was literally give me your money and go. Jan 29th I picked up my second half and out of courtesy so they would have it ready, I called again and was told no I couldn't come in I would have to make an apt!?! Just to pick up my already paid for hcg. This was Tess. So I made the apt, came in only to still have to wait and be ignored. I wasn't greeted or anything, I had to let them know I was there and still waiting and needed my stuff. When I picked it up, I was not given any additional wipes or syringes. Today feb 2, I called bk and again talked to Tess letting her know that I needed more. Instead of saying sure I heavily questioned and was given a whole spill on you should have more than enough from when you started, we are getting ready to close and won't be open if u need it u need to come now. Mind u she wasn't the person that gave them to me this was in sandy springs so how would she know what that woman gave me???? This is the second time I've spoken to this woman and she's been incredibly rude! The interesting thing is, when I was at the sandy springs location and at the paces ferry location where many white woman were picking up their second half's or food, they asked for additional syringes and wipes and was met with a smile and without question and was assisted immediately with no apt. When I arrived today there were 2 ppl behind the desk like always, one customer that was being help and Tess just sitting. I was not greeted or spoken too immediately while standing right at the front desk. Again I had to wait and then non-busy Tess says what do u need. I told her I called about the syringes and she handed them to me and sat bk down. This place is trash especially the paces ferry location. Crappy customer service, I will not be spending anymore money with them plus they are not vegan friendly. Completely disappointed and racist.

I knew it was going to be an out of pocket expense , even though I had health insurance, but again I needed help to feel better since the internal medicine doctors under my health insurance were useless and seems to be more interested on "label" me as a sick person and put me on every medicine under the sky. After almost $6,000 dollars paid in "retainer" fees , and very expensive lab tests/hormone tests (average of 500 per visit ) , I decided to provide feedback to this practice. I had already pointed via phone almost 4 months ago that in almost 3 years , no one ever called me to check on me, no one every followed up on me to see how I was doing , so customer/patients service was very deficient, and every time I will call the practice it was all about you need to come over and spend more money. The "retainer" fee of $300 every 3 months did not offer anything else...not even 1 wellness benefit, which I know they offer, of any kind nor included any service or percentage against my tests/labs ... I realized that the retainer was pretty much just having the "right" to reach out the practice and that was it. I sent the email with the feedback , and all I got back was " I will cancel it , have a good day"...??? I guess the response should have not surprised me. Such a rude response simply confirmed to me that they could care less about how I feel or the minimum intention of keeping me as a customer and improve the service. I am aware that rich people attending their practice might have the money to pay their fees and feel just fine with it, but it is just un-ethical to treat all your patients which such a lack of care when you are reaching out a practice because of health reasons. I have nothing against the personnel as people , but the way the practice is being run to make a patient feel hears and that their financial efforts are well worth it , is inexistent.

She provided much-needed insight and made me feel confident in pursuing services with Bubolo Medical. This experience wouldn't be successful for me if it wasn't for Karen McBroom. She was consistent, eclectic and positive. She provided valuable information and coached me along the way. She is amazing!!! Overall, it was a positive experience. I am being intentional about the staff I noted. Other staff members did not present or project such positive, polite or respectful characteristics. I moved to Atlanta recently so when I found "Lotus of Life" I was excited to try them because they seemed to take a more holistic approach to chiropractics, however I was disappointed to find out that Dr. Lilliana strictly works with clients, or "participants" as she calls them, who follow their treatment to the T exactly. Firstly I would like to mention that non of the specific requirements to follow their program were mentioned either on their website or by anyone who I spoke to until after I had paid the $220 for the initial consultation, which is nothing more than a funnel to sell their other services. Therefore when they told me I had to go twice a week for 6 weeks of which it would be impossible for me to do, I was surprised. When I said I was only interested in going for adjustments once a month, Dr. Jenifer, (who btw was leaving that job in 2 days) told me they don't take clients like me, and she told me she was going to ask Dr. Lilliana, the owner, to call me so we could discuss further. After a week Dr. Liliana called my husbands' number and left a message saying they are a different type of office, they are special unlike a pain clinic, so they could not accommodate me. I suppose everyone has the right to run their business as they wish. But I must say I was pretty shocked to hear the arrogance of Dr. Liliana. As if I didn't know what I was doing, and basically diminishing my request to a pain clinic. Wow! As a background, so you get a picture as to who is writing this review: I am a healthy woman in my 40's, who as part of my holistic healthcare system, I get chiropractic adjustments, including acupuncture and massage. A true holistic approach educates yet empowers their patients so that they learn how to nurture themselves as opposed to creating a codependent relationship, where the patient can never heal unless the doctor is involved.

They still charged me $50 for doing basically nothing. When I got to the ER (after waiting there for hours), they did not even stitch me up and used skin glue instead to close the wound. The ER expressed frustration for me, saying that urgent care easily could have done that for me. So, I am pretty upset with my experience here and will not be back.
