I got here at 12:40 and filled out the basic personal info form on a tablet in 2 mins. My appt was for 12:45PM. There was already another customer in the room and I didn't get helped until 12:55PM. Simone finished at 2:15PM. Simone was my lash tech and she's amazing! She's friendly and seems to have a high standard of work. I verbalized everything I wanted (D curls, rounded eye look, I would like as long of lashes that my natural root can handle without harming them) and she made it happen. Please see photos! I fell asleep multiple times because she was so gentle with my face, the atmosphere was so calming and because it was so quiet. There's background music that makes the environment feel so much more serene. Fantastic experience! C L E A N L I N E S S The bed and blankets used were not sanitized after every customer use.
