I called the office TEN days ago to make them aware that our names, square footage, year built and a few other things were incorrect on the policy. After not receiving a return call, as promised, I called today. Jennifer attempted to pass blame onto the title and mortgage company. Even after I told her that all copies from the title and mortgage company were correct, she disagreed. She was not interested at all in even trying to provide any resolve. Only interested in trying to hurry me off the phone. I work in insurance so I know everyone in the office isn't equipped to handle everything. But providing excellent customer service skills should be required of all employees. TEN whole days with no follow up on something as important as our names being incorrect on our policy and I'm made to feel as if its our fault or as if me following up is such a burden to Jennifer. Unbelievable!

They are open Monday - Friday and close before 5 pm. There is not a way currently of transferring money and receiving it over the weekend.
