When I first met with Dr. Chapin, I asked him to keep me informed of his progress with my child, but he has not made any effort to do this. When I call him, he rushes me off the phone after 5 minutes of conversation and instead requires me to pay for an hour long appointment just to find out next to nothing about my child's issues and what, if anything, he has done to help. His primary concern seems to be collecting his fees. I would not recommend Dr. Chapin to anyone.
