For an MRI if you have ever had one you are stuffed into a small tube like machine anywhere from 30 minutes to more than an hour. It can get hot and its loud and it gets clausterphobic. The staff here put me at ease, was very friendly, helpful and jut the nicest I had seen in any healthcare facility. It was awesome and Jeannie, the person admistering the MRI was superb! They let you pick a radio station or music, put a mask over your eyes and talk to you the whole time you are going through it. It was easy and they made it simple and I highly recommend them if you ever have to go through any type of imaging. They handle MRI and X-Rays and CT Scans. I even called to say thank you and tell them what a good job they did!!

At the front desk, I specifically asked how much I would need to pay for a first time consultation and was told it was free by the woman at the front desk. When I saw Dr. Wang, I was assured a second time that it was a free first consultation that lasted about 20 minutes. There was no physical examination--Dr. Wang only filled out a few forms and asked me a few questions. A month later I got a bill for almost $500 for this "free consultation". My insurance covered about $100, but I was told I had to pay $313 for this. I called Hallmark Health, and they told me to call my insurance. Yet, after calling my insurance, they told me to call Hallmark Health. I had to call Hallmark Health at least 2 times before getting an answer as to what the bill was for, since they had told me it was free. I was very upset yesterday when speaking to the manager, Colleen, who told me that Hallmark could pay half if I was willing to pay half. Of course I was not willing, as I explained that both the doctor and front desk had told me it was a free consultation. At this point, she got very snippy with me and told me to call insurance again. This place has the WORST customer service, and I will not be coming back.

Upon arrival, they performed an EKG, X-rays, and blood work--but then left her sitting in the waiting room for over 8 hours without treatment or monitoring. Given her condition, this was alarming and felt unsafe. When we were finally brought to a room, we were seen by a nurse practitioner who, while polite, informed us we would not be seeing a physician as he had 12 years experience. After additional blood work, he returned and said she would be discharged if she could walk. A staff member walked her for approximately 10 seconds and cleared her. I specifically asked why she was being discharged with blood pressure still over 200, and was told she was "fine" and that her primary care doctor would need to manage it. This response was both dismissive and deeply concerning given the potential severity of hypertensive crisis. The lack of urgency, minimal evaluation before discharge, and dismissal of a dangerously high blood pressure reading left us feeling frustrated and worried for her safety. I would not expect this level of care--or lack thereof--from a hospital in a serious situation.

I had to project manage my mother's care. My mother hit her head from a seizure (as she has diagnosed epilepsy) and had a bruise on her forehead. The doctor asked how she got the bruise. We said from the seizure and he said "seizures do not cause bruising", absolutely unable to understand a concept that someone may hit their head while convulsing. Every doctor was as arrogant and condescending, with no medical knowledge to back it up. One doctor was trying to convince me she was not having seizures, but "sun downing" despite her convulsions and 20+ year epilepsy records. How any of them passed medical school is beyond me.

They seem very stressed out and when you go there it seems quite disorganized. Dealing with them can be a nightmare I saw a specialist for an abdomen pain. The specialist send the report back to Family Care Center. The specialist and the Family Care Center seemed to both want to have the other explain the issue to me. I'm not a doctor, I don't have a clue what the very formal medical report means. I had to really push both parties to get an answer. The practice is not very proactive in getting you to come back. My dentist sends me cards, calls me up when I'm a day late for my 6 month cleaning. Family Care left me a random voicemail that I hadn't had a physical for two years (I was actually impressed- first time they did this ever). At my last appointment she retook my family history as if it was my first time visiting... The office itself is so disorganized. They are constantly confusing my sister and my records and insurances. I have been frequently checked in as my sister for them to say-oh your not due for your examine where I then have to look at the record myself and explain well that because this record is not mine... For the last 4 years I have had the same insurance-yet I was billed in full for my last visit because they don't have my insurance on record. REALLY? REALLY? Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing because I was hoping to receive treatment to manage my symptoms. However, the doctor here did not provide any treatment to manage symptoms, rather handed me generic literature and told that condition could resolve in the next few days or weeks. This is frustrating because no active treatment was given and I'm still struggling with the same symptoms. The problem is NOT resolved As a patient, I go to doctor for treatment, not generic information that is easily available in AI. Unfortunately, my symptoms still persist and I will need to find another doctor to fix the problem.
