For the first half of my life, I was a super fit athlete who ate a lot of cookie dough. For the second half of my life I worked all of the time but didn't change my eating habits. My goal is to not recognize myself by the end of this year. This is where I knew I needed to talk with someone who could help me. With a BA in Psychology, MS in Counseling and a background in business management and corporate coaching, Pam Yagjian takes hypnotherapy to transformational levels. I was smoking 10 to 15 blk mild's a day plus, vape plus, large cigars, and pipes. That's over 2000 mg of nicotine a day. The strongest cigarette by comparison has about 1 mg of nicotine.
