According to my experience, NLP involves changing the way we think and the language we use to get what we want. Ruba is so intuitive and insightful that she picks up on my language cues and then reflects back what all of them are hinting at. So, it seems that we already know what we need to be doing, we just need it reflected back to us. That's pretty awesome! I have to apologize if my interpretation of NLP is flawed or off.
