I call Pool Boys USA and spoke to the owner Nicholas about my concerns and needs. After looking at my pool and discussing options...he delivered exactly as promised. My proposal was sent to me as promised, on time and at a price that was exactly as promised and I need add very reasonable. Additionally Nicholas is the kind of owner that is fair, reasonable and simply amazing at providing the kind of service we all look for! Great company, need pool service? While he showed some promise early on and occasionally demonstrated knowledge and care, our overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Over time, there were constant issues--frequent excuses about needing payment upfront because he couldn't afford chemicals, ongoing problems with his truck and tires, and poor communication. The biggest issue came when we trusted him to install a pool heater, which he claimed he could get at "dealer pricing." We paid him upfront, 1500 and unfortunately, that was a major mistake. He never delivered the heater and gave us excuse after excuse--claims about supplier delays, a refund that was supposedly coming, and then suddenly a stolen phone. Weeks later, we're still without a heater or a refund, and no accountability from Kyle. This has been a very disappointing and costly experience. I would strongly caution others against working with him.
