Mike came out to our first pool home and gave my husband and I a great one-on-one beginners lesson on taking care of and maintaining a saltwater pool. He was very knowledgeable and even showed us issues with our piping around the motor and how we can fix the problem ourself. in my opinion, cooper pools is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. from what i can tell, pinch-a-penny turned cooper pools on to this job. because of covid pinch-a-penny didn't have the crew to do this job. i appreciate pinch-a-penny going out of their way to do this. so. i agreed to see cooper pools who gave me a quote but someone else showed up to sign the contract who turned out to be someone cooper pools hired to be the project mgr., (who also will not return phone calls). then the project mgr., sub-contracted someone else to do the work. now we have three pans in the fire, and yet after all said and done, pinch-a-penny is responsible for my warranty??? i still can't figure that one out. after the work was done, a couple days later i noticed i had a leak in my pool. for weeks, i would lose two inches every 3 days. cooper pools said he'd help with the water bill and never has. when i first noticed the leak it took him 6 days to return my phone call. meanwhile i'm losing water and having to constantly add it to keep the skimmer working. cooper pools finally came out to see if they could find the leak and started epoxy gluing everything he thought might be the problem. still couldn't find the leak so, said he would pay to have a leak detection co. come here on 4/8. no one showed, no one called and it's now the 13th. matter of fact, i called cooper pools twice after he epoxied and 3 weeks later he has not returned my calls. he won't answer my calls and he won't return my messages left on his answering service. needless to say, over $19,000 later, the finished job is under par and needs work done but he will not return my calls. i need to make it known that in my opinion as well my experience with cooper pools, this is not a company i would recommend to do business with. it's been a real disappointment. he is not backing his work or his word, and i even say all of this, knowing that my neighbor is one of his best friends. more to come later like, the mess they left behind. that i paid to have cleaned up. read more

They have been taking care of my pool for several years now. I commend the job they do. As things have gotten tough in this economy I am forced to let go of some of my expenses. My husband had named a few things that we could do without till he found a new job. Of course Cooper Pools came up but, I JUST CAN NOT DO WITH OUT THEM. They are wonderful!! I will keep them around no matter what! I will quit eating out as much just to keep my pool service because they are that good.
