i am definitely not one to leave a bad review of a place, especially a place that i really enjoy, but i was a bit baffled today. i walked over to the door, and i noticed one of the employees taking a smoke break on the phone. that in itself wouldn't be a problem, but i walked in the store, and the other employee was in the back on her phone. she looked up at me (or so i thought) and continued her scrolling. i stood patiently for 5 or 6 minutes and someone else walked into the store, and the employee in the back finally came out to take my order. cookie i got was very good and warm, but the time that i waited was not. read more

I spend 47$ on insomnia cookies last night as a celebration for my fiancé. Well they shorted me two cookies, no problem, I called to ask them to bring me the other two. I spoke with some girl on the phone and she assured me the driver would be back soon with the rest of my order. He never showed up. This is the 3rd time this scenario has happened. this place is apparently a cash less place. the only indicate for that was a small sign on the door that wasn't noticeable unless you were looking for it. honestly i think that it would have been more efficient and professional to have a sign on or near the register where you order. the worker taking my order didn't say anything about it being cashless until i was done ordering and that was my only form of payment. however, i heard this place is really good but i don't recommend coming if cash is your only form of payment. read more

We were driving to dinner when I saw this cookie place. I literally yelled to my husband to stop. He said "Let's have dinner first!" In my opinion, having dessert first is always a good idea. However my husband isn't always as adventurous as I am so we went on to have dinner. The outside of the building draws you in. It makes you want cookies even if you didn't know you wanted cookies. I knew that realtors would bake cookies during Open Houses to make the house seem home-y. I now understand that concept. And how can you not love the fact that they DELIVER!!!! the fact that they deliver until 3 a.m. was mind blowing. This is a college town so it all made sense. I wish pizza shops delivered that late! They were running a special that you could get one of each cookie ( with the exception of the gluten free cookie and the brownie) for $18. That is a pretty great deal. I was truly tempted but decided on two-the Oatmeal Raisin and the Triple Chocolate Chip. They also have a couple of different kinds of ice cream which they can make into ice cream cookie sandwiches. My cookies were given to me warm. I took a bite of the chocolate Chip cookie. It was very good. It would probably be in my top 5 favorite Chocolate Chip cookies. It was soft but a little crunchy around the edges. There were definitely a lot of chocolate chips. I haven't tried the Oatmeal Raisin cookie yet but it looks and smells very delicious. read more

Who doesn't love an Insomnia cookie? I especially love the hours. The warm, gooey cookies are almost too good, so the only problem would be the potential addiction. They are FAST no matter how you order, even on a weekend, the line moves quickly. But they also deliver, which is awesome, especially certain circumstances. ;) read more
