The cookies are great, but they cant seem to ever order enough milk (regular, white milk, not strawberry or chocolate). I come here 1-2 times per week and they will only have regular milk 50% of the time. I had the pleasure of discovering Insomnia Cookies several months ago. I was bored one night and downloaded their app & only then did I figure out that one of their locations is literally less than ten minutes away from me. I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE that they are open late. And by late I don't mean 10, I think I picked my order up A LITTLE BIT AFTER ONE AM. 1 AM. I am a night owl and many nights I am cursed with a sweet tooth. Upon pick up there was about a 5 minute wait. Wasn't surprised at all that even at this time of night that there would be a little line. The woman that took care of my order was wonderful. I wish I remembered her name but she was wonderful. After sharing with her that it was my first time she cheerfully added a few extra goodies to my order. All in all, Insomnia gets ZERO complaints from me. I most definitely will return for more deliciousness and have already recommended to family and friends. Was timid to try another new spot in nac, but this is IT. Got a six pack assortment to last me through the week and ended up trying them all at once! The cookies really spoke for themselves. The cookies are worthy, that's undeniable. We have eaten from Insomnia several times. However, DO NOT opt for delivery unless you are interested in waiting an hour, calling their customer service line, and being told your option is to pick up the order and have ONLY your delivery charge refunded. I've had them deliver before and it's been great, but not this time. Took an hour to get part of my order and that includes calling the call center 4 times. When I finally got my order I was missing a pint of ice cream and all my cookies were broken and cold. The one pint of ice cream I did receive was melted. Great! Price is decent. $1.65 per cookie but it's warm. Snickerdoodle, chocolate chunk, mint, m&ms among other flavors offered.

We've been buying cookies here for awhile. They are delicious however....the service is atrocious. I like to support local businesses but when it takes an hour to get the cookies or they are all messed up and slammed to one side ...it makes it difficult to keep going back. read more

The ice cream was melted and looked like frosting my cookie was very chewy and my mom was very hard . I wouldn't go here!
