Every time he had a concern, he called us over to take a look at what he was seeing and explained to us in detail what was the issue and what repair would be needed to correct it. He was also great to talk to and we felt very comfortable around him. We are first time buyers so we were very nervous about going through this process. He made sure we felt comfortable and understood what was happening throughout the process. Water damage in two room ceilings that with a flashlight he should have seen. Dry rot on the outside by a gutter that was obvious. Honestly I've just started looking and I can't believe all the things he missed, during his "quality home inspection". He blamed on not looking on the outside because there must have been less than an inch of snow the day before and apparently that you can't inspect the house with that much snow.

He made things up-I had a home inspection ~ 3 years ago and my home inspector never "found" any of these problems. A couple examples of the lies: -he stated my 3 month old sump pump wasn't working. So my agent sent a video to the buyer's agent showing me dumping a lot of water down it and guess what? It worked! -he stated I had no ventilation in the attic; weird considering not only do I have a vent, but also two windows that create a cross breeze. THIS COMPANY IS A MONEY HUNGRY FRAUD.
