On his first visit, Carlos thoroughly cleaned and sanded the deck. He also went above and beyond by power-washing underneath it, an area that desperately needed attention. I had not asked him to do that, so I really appreciated the extra effort. When he returned to stain the deck, the finished result looked fantastic. I got a TEXT message stating he could not continue and quit!!! I hired someone to continue and finish. He found many issues that needed to be done over, before he could complete my job. Ultimately, my deck is done, but two and a half months later. It is done right now, since he had to repair the improper work done. I would not recommend.
