Yes, it's behind really tall bushes on the 2nd floor, but it should have been caught. My husband was there when the inspection took place. I have a nest of baby birds living in there and they are really loud and their parents are flying in and out of the side of my house. I will continue to update this review. Original review: I was given multiple inspectors to choose from and Jason Lovelace was the only one that had a Yelp presence and since it was so outstanding, I felt confident in choosing him. He was easy to reach, responsive and communicated via text, which is helpful in these modern times. Here is what you need to know to determine if Jason Lovelace is the inspector for you: Inspection cost: $425 The roof was not inspected. It was "inspected from the ground only" (and the roof did have an issue and a roofer had to come out.) I feel this should have been disclosed before we hired him as our inspector. The air conditioner can not be tested if the temperature outside is below 65 degrees The inspection lasted no less than 3 hours for a 2900 sq ft home The report was very detailed and included tons of accompanying pictures. The inspector does not cover anything related to termites.

Martin Construction - Broken main line to irrigation system

Beware of Mark Martin! In the last year I have paid him more than $30,000.00 for what turned out to…read morebe shotty incomplete work and damages to my home and property. Mark installed a new roof, amd repaired and expanded our driveway. His work has left us with a stained ceiling, damaged gutter guards, and a destroyed irrigation system. His refusal to address the issues has left me having to foot the bill for repairs. Portions of the new driveway will have to be removed just to hopefully save part of the irrigation system but other parts will never be able to be repaired. Our dream home has been irreparably damaged and Mark refuses to do anything about it. He is a great salesman, but a shyster of a contractor.

Neighbors hired this company to build their fence. On the first day of construction, Martin…read moreConstruction cut my internet line while digging. Because I work from home, "inconvenience" doesn't even describe how put out I was for several days. Mind you, the ground was spray painted on the ground where lines were. They claimed that where they dug was "the safe zone", but whatever...I don't build fences for a living and I honestly don't care about any of that. What really pissed me off was that when I reached out to them regarding the entire situation, no one bothered returning my calls. They told our neighbor that they (Martin Construction) had reached out to the internet company to come out and repair the line. Really...? That's funny...because The internet company received no other inquiries other than from myself regarding a necessary repair. And after several days of having to work from my damn cell phone, I reached out again...this time to update them that the line had to be completely replaced (because it was unrepairable) and to let them know that the new line would be exposed for some weeks before it would be buried so if/when they came back to finish the job they barely started, they would know to be mindful of it. But still...no one has called me back. I get it...I'm not your customer. I'm not the one putting a check in your pocket so why call me back, right!? Yes, it was an accident. Yes, you apologized. But your accident was the massive inconvenience to my ability to do my job. And your apology didn't fix the problem that, accident or not, was your fault. There is something called courtesy...and it's clear that your company has zero seeing as how you cannot even return a phone call. If ever someone mentions the need to have a fence built, my only goal will be to make sure that they do not hire you.
