Bad service and not professional at all!…read more We bought this house last year. The inspector consider almost everything issue we pointed out was cosmetic. We found many issues after we moved in. 1. We changed glass for most windows because the sealing was bad. 2. Furnace was not working when we moved in. 3. We told him there was some bad smell upstairs, the inspector just ignored it. It turned out dog pee was every under the carpet. 4. Mold was found in the wall in laundry room after we moved in. 5. No detailed inspection for the roof, the inspector just had a brief look from the ground. We don't have the roof age info. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS INSPECTOR!

Also during that inspection, when their under-the-house robot ran out of juice, our inspector donned his gear and crawled under the house anyway just to make sure absolutely nothing was missed. During our second inspection, our inspector was able to point out several things around our home that were renovated and could show what was done really great or not so great about them. I really felt that they took great care during the inspection process and it made us feel a lot more sure about the home buying process. I will definitely be calling AmeriSpec in the future for any further inspection needs!
