Bill was referred to me by my real estate agent, who had had great experience using his services in the past. After I reached out to Bill, he responded very quickly and was able to schedule an inspection within the same week. Since I have a busy day job with an unpredictable schedule, I had to adjust the appointment time a couple times, but Bill was very patient and flexible throughout the process. It seemed that he had to shuffle his original schedule a little to make it work for me. On the day of inspection, Bill arrived at the property on time (before I did actually). He was very thorough and detail oriented throughout the inspection. He also took the time to explain what he saw to me and patiently answered all the questions I had. As the other reviewers said, Bill was very professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection, I received a very detailed inspection report with a very clear structure, detailed account of all issues found in the property (from minor ones to major ones) and easy-to-follow pictures and marks to support. I received the report in just two days. My great experience with Bill and 5 Star Inspection did not stop there. Bill continued to offer me one-off support well after the inspection. A couple weeks after inspection, he leveraged his own network to help me find a good foundation company. TWO MONTHS after the inspection, as I started remodeling my house, I reached out to Bill again with a question about my furnace (with very little hope that Bill might be able to help). Bill called me back in 5 minutes and spent quite some time with me over the phone to help me troubleshoot. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. His reports also included pictures of anything that was not rated high in his report. The scheduler Audrey is very friendly and very easy to work with and always sets our inspections up quickly with no hassle. You won't regret using them and they'll probably save you the headache of buying a lemon in the end. We'll be using them again in June when we purchase our next property!

This review is my opinion and my feeling about this inspector. This guy charged me $375 and only…read morepointed out the obvious things that anyone could see, and refused to check some of the things most inspectors would check. Then he lead me down a rabbit hole and gave me bad information on the exterior. So I had an exterior expert who specializes in this particular exterior come out and look at it and he refuted almost everything the inspector told me. It was not the product that the inspector told me it was. A sticker that was still on the product proved what it really was. The exterior specialist proved that It was installed correctly and was fine. It just needed a little calk but NOT in the places the inspector had told me. If I had calked where the inspector had told me to calk, it would have caused big problems. It is my opinion that this guy had absolutely no clue what he was talking about. I felt He spent most of his time typing on his computer. He was one of the worst inspectors I have ever used.
