I've done tub and shower remodels in multiple homes, but this was one of the worst. They took over 3 months to complete the work. The shower trim was brown instead of silver, and still had the slime-collecting metal threshold I was trying to eliminate. The trim wall wasn't level (see photo). Multiple tiles on my bathroom floor were cracked. Their clean up was lousy. I gave them two stars just to be fair because the rest of the work was nice and the workers were pleasant. My advice: don't believe anything they promise you, insist on more written details, don't let them use sub-contactors, closely inspect all parts before they are installed, and don't expect any concessions or apologies when something goes wrong. You will think initially you've got a great team, but they bait n switch and none of their team is licensed and do make-shift work! They left my kitchen, my house and my garage a mess and then tried to blame it on me!! They essentially stole our money- 95% paid and they canceled our custom ordered island the week they were paid for it and told us for months it was on backorder due to COVID - Finally called manufacturer and found out the order was canceled a week after being placed!! Good morning, my name is Jamie L. G We purchased a bathroom remodel through Inspire Baths Inc. in Farmingdale N.J. LIC # 13VH10632700. We signed the contract on 1/12/21, they started the project in March, and it is still incomplete. We've contacted the company many times. They have come to the house to fix some things and ruined other things instead of making it right. After Shane came took pictures and said he would be back in touch I have not heard anything. I called, Emailed and even Texted, and still have not heard anything. There is still trash in our garage, molding missing on the floor, Toilet was never sealed and now the floor is lifting. They covered up the marble threshold that should have been replaced. NOT covered up by their mistake in cutting the floor wrong. The window wasn't sealed when replaced. The day we interviewed the woman I spoke to LINDA GIRESI said, the marble threshold would be lifted up and if it is damaged in the process that it would be replaced, NOT COVERED UP. WE still have a whole in the ceiling where a light fixture is supposed to be. In their contract that we signed it says as fallows, and I quote, "Inspire Baths Inc. will begin to perform the contracted-for work on or around 60days and will substantially complete the work on or around 21 day's. The homeowner understands and acknowledges that the nature of the contracted-for the work is weather dependent and may be delayed or prolonged by such. The homeowner also understands that the timing and duration of the work can be affected by his or her availability and the availability of supplies and materials. Inspire Baths Inc. Will not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond its control including strikes casualty, act of God, illness, injury or general unavailability of material. This contract is way past the 21 days of completion. Please help, we paid over $21,236 for this mess and I am extremely upset. The bathroom and closet were supposed to be finished as well. read more

Would not be my #1 recommendation. Caulking was moldy after 2 months. This is supposed to be low maintenance. Comment was "we are in the middle of a pandemic and you're complaining about caulking" after I paid $16,000. Money doesn't grow on trees. Then had to pay for a plumber to fix the toilet they installed that was leaking. Owner said he would get back to me and have someone look at the caulking. No follow up. Never happened. Sink they installed was very nice. Vanity was a low level Home Depot at best. Materials on the shower walls are supposed to be mold resistant. Don't see that either as I get these little black dots. Have to thoroughly wipe down the walls after the last shower. read more

Dont trust these guys. They gave an appointment to visit for a estimate and I cancelled all my plans to be there at home during that time. One day before the appointment they call and the caller tries all her wits so that i cancel this appointment. She wanted to give an estimate for each job on the phone and was sounding like i could not afford it, while i was well budgeted and had plans of offering them 4 bathrooms for renivation!!!. It seemed very much like they did not want the job and instead of being candid they throw some paltry numbers hoping that i feel the numbers are large to fit my budget and reject their appointment. I did not want them to waste my time with any further wuth these liars and cancelled the appointment... later read all the bad reviwes they have.. I am glad i got out of them. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY/CONSULTANTS!! During the consultation before I made the purchase, the rep was so nice and explained the design and shared there is a lifetime warranty on their product and parts as long as I live in the house. Of course, that was a lie. The drain cap came off along with the spring and I called to have them put it back on and they said no. The warranty ended after 1 year. Who would spend thousands of dollars for a 1 year warranty. The rep told me over and over again that the materials were covered for as long as I live in the house. Then the rep on the phone, Amanda, was so very, very, very nasty and not concerned about my concern at all. They lied and I would never trust them nor would I recommend their product to anyone. Amanda told me it would cost $300 for someone to come out and look at what is wrong and then additional for the parts. this job cost $7,995 in 2021. The way I was treated from the office representative was horrible. The drainage was not installed properly. Terrible. Don't use them. read more

October 31, 2018 Signed a contract for replacement of 1 shower/tub, 1 shower stall, bathroom vanity + faucets Total = $18,529 There were several issues during the installation process that resulted in the owner becoming confrontational, non-responsive and engaging in negative comments toward me, my wife and my company Day 1 - June 14, 2021 My initial call to company regarding a small defective panel with rubber stripping on the bottom of the shower stall door. Photos sent same day; return call promised by end of day. Day 16 - June 30, 2021 (16 days later after a promise to return a call "same day") Day 42 - July 26, 2021 (26 days later after being told "I will be in touch as soon as I hear back") Day 43 - July 27, 2021 Requested pictures (second set) sent. Owner: "OK, I just sent to the shower door rep. Talk soon". Day 52 - August 5, 2021 (9 days later after being told "talk soon") Day 66 - August 19, 2021 (14 days later after sending second set of pictures) Day 74 - August 27, 2021 (8 days later after my last email) Day 80 - September 2, 2021 (6 days later after owner "checking today") Day 91 - September 13, 2021 (11 days later after owner said "I'll have Ilana call you") Day 92 - September 14, 2021 After spending $18, 529 and waiting 92 days for replacement of a simple part the owner sent the following email. "Mike. enough. It's up to the manufacturer to send me the part. They send it to me and we install it. I am not familiar with every little part they make as they make many different doors. Now get off your sarcastic high horse and please move on. Good luck in your quest. All you do is threaten with posting boards, etc. You are extremely condescending and pretend you're perfect. You weren't a salesman for 35 years Mike. You were an order taker. So please don't disparage people my friend. I've heard all about your condescending comments from my staff when we were there. You were unreasonable then and you're unreasonable now. Please do not contact me anymore". ============================================================= Addendum: the owner's day 92 ramblings reference both the original installation and request for a replacement part. For the record, following are facts: (a) after 92 days my responses weren't nearly as sarcastic as they should/could have been; (b) he once again resorted to a personal attack ("you were an order taker") although he has no idea of the phases of my career. It is ironic that this individual resorts to another personal attack with no basis, especially considering his weak, non-responsive, patronizing comments throughout this process. The "condescending comments" were another story - (c) owner wanted to replace the vanity we ordered; (d) he then wanted to ship a vanity without doors or drawers; (e) then there were incorrect tracks for the vanity drawers; (f) then one drawer didn't fit because the track was still wrong. His associate claimed the initial incorrect tracks were previously used; (g) the knobs for the drawers didn't have the correct screws so we had to call the company for replacements; (h) the shower door had the wrong edging; (i) the plumbing for the vanity had to be corrected by another company; (j) his associates were found roaming in our kitchen looking for a roll of paper towels and they used a new bath towel to clean up the water and mess underneath the sink; (k) I never made any comments to his associates - my wife dealt with them throughout the process. Thus, my reference to still another personal attack on my family. As for my "threats", to this point I have not yet posted anything on social media. When we complained about the extensive time delays, instead of offering a resolution the owner's responses: "there is no perfection in life ... even your company has issues"; "nothing is perfect"; "mistakes happen"; "learn to accept the little things that don't change a life". read more

After scheduling an appointment with them and 3 calls from them to confirm the appointment, one of them calls two hours before the appointment to tell me that the project will cost X and if I was willing to proceed. Soon after realized they cannot come today and was asking me to call the office to schedule another appointment. Very unprofessional - nice way to create a first impression. No way I am giving any of my business to them and would Advise others to stay away. read more

All work done in a timely matter..Very professional..I would highly recommend Inspire Baths if your thinking about a new bath. They were the 3rd company I called for an estimate, not only the best price but better quality and more complete !!! Work on my complete reno of 2 & 1/2 baths started on 02-APR-2021. Everything was going okay until they removed the team that was working on my project. Then we had different people come on random days to rush through the remaining work to get the bathrooms "usable" until they started wanting to come only on Saturdays (which was not sustainable for us). Since we requested they come on weekdays, the work has been stagnant for over a month, aside from a random Saturday when someone came for part of the day. Just because the bathrooms are usable, they are not complete. Since they rushed to do some of the work, the work is sub-par and needs to be fixed. Many, many, many calls and messages have been sent to all contact people at the office to no avail. They do not return calls and refuse to send someone to finish our job. So at the time of this review, all 3 bathrooms remain incomplete - 3 full months since work started! read more
