Very patient with me deciding on things and helped me through insurance problems. They are very clean the whole time. They are willing to work with my budget. I am very picky and they made me happy. They did my kitchen 2 years ago and was willing to put things on hold for a month in the middle because of family issues. This time it was painting 2 rooms and a half bath with floors. In the middle of this I had a floor and it affected the area we were working on so they went with the changes and helped me deal with insurance. Len and his crew are fantastic. We recently had them do a 3rd project for us. The first was a complete remodel of our kitchen. At the same time they replaced our front door and a new slider to our deck. Our second project was to increase the size of our laundry room and bathroom. This was amazing! Our most recent project completed recently was the remodel of our master bathroom and bedroom. New floors, vanity and paint job. I would never use anyone else to work on our house. We had been trying for quite some time to get going on an extensive residential bath remodel. We had rejected three other bath design/build companies prior to trying Len's. We had found Len's through Yelp, reviews were solid, and BBB had them at A+. From the very start, we knew we had finally found the company we wanted to work with. Suzanne worked closely with us to find out what we wanted, she listened and provided great suggestions. We ended up with a design that aligned exactly with our vision. Furthermore, she handled all sourcing, ordering, storing, and delivery, making the whole front-end activities very easy for us. She provided us with a detailed project plan booklet and also worked closely with the Township regarding permits. When everything arrived, she coordinated work activities by the various subcontractors and tradesmen. The actual work from demolition to all issues resolved took just over 6 weeks, about 4 weeks shorter than originally estimated. Issues that emerged during the work were quickly resolved either directly by Suzanne or via her background efforts. Communication throughout was excellent. As mentioned, there were a few issues that emerged during this project. Although it is somewhat naïve to assume there would not be any issues, this is the reason for our rating not being a solid 5. However, all issues were resolved to our satisfaction, most of them immediately on mentioning. The final product is stunning. We are very happy with all aspects of our redone bath. We can offer a solid recommendation for Len's, and would definitely consider them for future projects. read more

We recently used Len's Remodeling to renovate the master bathroom in our home. They did an excellent job, This was the second time we used Len's as they renovated our kitchen 10 years ago. This job was a complete remodel, removing everything down to the subfloor and studs. We worked with Len's lead designer Suzanne, who has many years experience in bath and kitchen design. Suzanne presented several options for overhauling the space. We ultimately settled on a design that reoriented the shower, nearly doubling its original size, a new double sink vanity, new tile, granite, tub, lighting and fixtures. With a project of this size there seemed to be an endless array of options for each component. Suzanne was outstanding in guiding and presenting options that would complement the design. Once work commenced Lens crew was exemplary. They were thorough and meticulous making sure everything was done precisely as outlined in the project plan. Any necessary adjustments (there are always some with a job of this size) were discussed before proceeding. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Len's Remodeling for any bath or kitchen renovation. read more

We contracted them in May of 2021 to renovate our kitchen using Yorktowne cabinets. First set of cabinets arrived after 5 months of waiting - not made out of plywood, which we had paid an upcharge for- they were particle board which they swear that they never, never order! They blame it on the manufacture, now to be accommodating, I suggested that they remove the cabinet doors & drawers and reorder just the boxes. Six weeks later the boxes arrive and what a disaster again - complete junk. The finished sides of the cabinetry ( they are painted cabinets) is literately peeling off on the sides of the so called" furniture board" I call it paper board, if I just scraped it lightly with my finger nail the whole thing disintegrates. There were globs of paint and glue on finished sides and they forgot to reorder the corner wall cabinet which was badly cracked to begin with it, and tried to get as to keep it for free. Really? We spend over 20K on cabinets alone ( its a fairly small kit) and we would keep the corner one cracked in several places?! By then we were in the middle of the holiday season and had been without cabinets for 2 months ... No quality control whatsoever on the manufacturer side or this company. Len, one of the owners that came to look at the cabinets and said he was going to speak with his Yorktown sales rep and tell him "3 strikes and you out"! No, 2 strikes and they were out!! Needless to say that were extremely upset and disappointed, so much for those Houzz reviews! In the end, we paid them for the labor that they preformed and moved on. Finally, July 2, 2022 our kitchen was completed by another company that provided quality cabinetry and top installation service by a top notch carpenter. . However, it cost us more that it should've, because cabinet's prices went up twice during that long stressful period. I could go on, and on... So, you decide. read more

We waited a long time to remodel our home. We interviewed lots of companies before settling on Len's Remodeling & Contractor Services. We could not have been happier with our decision. We have not regretted the decision for one moment. They worked closely with us to develop a design. They have modern computer technology that helped us to visualize what the bathroom would look like. We recently had our kitchen, dining, living room and entryway renovated. From the beginning of the project Len and his designer Chris offered their recommendations on what would work based on our expectations. We were very pleased with the design concept and product offerings, more importantly they made us feel a 100% part of the project. Each room had different requirements which made the project more unique. Each team member did an outstanding job, knew their task at hand and worked beautifully together. They were very respectful of our home and pets, they arrived on time and when needed stayed (late) to complete their assignment for the day. Would never use this contractor. Inflated estimates and disorganization. Had to continually call and manager showed up 50 minutes late to initial meeting- then he was on the phone and told me and my wife to "hang on" until he finished yelling at his kid. He was disgruntal, rude, condescending and disorganized. He had no idea what he was talking about - how to properly lay a hardwood floor or install a no-entry shower. Used Big Dog instead. read more

Lens Remodeling and Contracting Service did a tremendous job on our home. They exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the job. We had a full gut and renovation of the kitchen and dining room which became open concept. Everyone who comes to visit compliments on how good the kitchen looks. I requested an estimate for a small powder room remodel from this company along with 5 others. From each, I requested the same exact work and advised that we'd be providing our own fixtures so all the companies would have to do is the labor and the basic materials (paint, Sheetrock). Every other estimate I received was between $1600 and $2400. This was was $16,000. Yes, you read that right. $16,000. They said they could possibly get it down to around $11,000 (based on what, I don't know) but that is still ridiculous. Needless to say, I am not using this company just based on the sheer fact that their estimate was legitimately absurd. Perhaps if I was the type of person who liked setting money on fire, I would use them. But I'm not. read more

My wife and I bought a "fixer upper" which hadn't been updated since the 1970s, so we had Len's team put in a new kitchen and add a full bathroom. We are very happy with how everything turned out. All of the workers were very professional and courteous. I felt completely comfortable having them alone in my house when we weren't there. Len always responded to my calls and texts right away and I never had trouble getting in touch with him. Overall, we are very happy with the work Len's team did.
