Others had me visiting Daidree for corrective cuts. I have never been disappointed with the cut or color I've received from Daidree. She is so talented at pixie cuts. I called today, imagining I'd have to book weeks ahead (turns out that's usually the case), but this day Leslie happened to have a cancellation that I could make. Lucky me! Leslie did a great job on my hair, and was a wealth of information and encouragement for me as a newcomer to the area besides. I don't think I've ever had someone ask such good questions and talk me through what my options were so clearly up front. Then she was fast and sure with her scizzors and gave pointers on how to maintain (or further improve) my look. (She gives a great scalp massage besides!) I left looking great and feeling like a princess - despite the grueling few days I've had. I want to add, what I was not paying for but is worth so much to me, is how she made me feel so welcomed. Leslie is a wonderful stylist, and, a generous person besides! Finally, the full salon experience - from the other staff, to the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the gorgeous natural lighting, and the products they used - was top notch. Kudos to the owners! I thought with such high reviews it was worth the struggle. Its 2018 people WTF! Anyways once reaching the salon it is quite dated. It has a comfortable feel though I will give it that strangely. The staff are all related. I thought Tyler was quite nice. I had a cut and color. He seemed confident. He cut my hair into an inverted bob. He swore this would lay under. I told him my hair is very fine and getting curlier and it doesn't take layers well. Okay, so fast forward 2 weeks and my hair is looking like an Xmas tree with divisions in layers all around. Hmmmm. So I called his mother answered the phone. I politically correct stated could I stop by and have Tyler look at my hair I am not having a fun time trying to style this. The mother proceeded to get very defensive and tell me nobody complains about Tyler's work. She then tells me Tyler squeezed me in when he didn't have to.
