After quite a bit of effort, he decided it would be best to replace a pipe, which he did the next day since it was getting late. He replaced the pipe quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He also was very reasonable with his price. I then showed him a leaky toilet, and he gave me an estimate. I didn't anticipate it getting worse so soon, so I called him a couple days later and he got fixed quickly and quite reasonably!
