The quality of their work has declined. The scheduling is very convenient, but just a heads-up -- based on my experience, it's best to stick with one technician. If you switch between techs, they may take it personal and rush through the appointment, which can lead to poor quality and the inconvenience of having to return for a redo, especially given their higher prices. I also found it interesting that after leaving a three-star review on their app, I was suddenly unable to book future appointments and no return calls. It does give off a petty vibe, so I can't say I'm shocked. Owner comes off unapproachable and stiff and some techs appear to be collecting clients for their own side businesses, handing out their personal business cards to customers saying to contact them personally. I'll be taking my business elsewhere -- and I'll be sure to let the friends and coworkers I've referred (who are also regulars) know about this unprofessional practice. read more

Very trendy, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and everyone here is nice. My lash artist is Teja, and she is the best!! She really listens to what you want and does such a fabulous set each time. I've been coming to this salon since I moved here... and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the gals who have done my eyelashes. They were friendly and outgoing and did an amazing job !!! This rating is not meant for them but meant for a particular girl that works there who I'm not certain what position she is. Today I got my lashes done . It had been exactly 3 1/2 weeks since my last appointment. I was told at 2 to 3 weeks it was considered a fill. To my knowledge a fill was $65. I was never told anything more then that. I noticed there was a new girl behind the counter today as well. I received an email confirming my appointment and the price for today of $65. When I went to pay I was hit with $80 for a "extended fill " .... I was confused because that was NOT what the email had said . The girl at the front desk changed it for me and I added my tip. This one girl came up and I'm pretty sure she might have been a manager ? At least by the way she was acting . She starting telling me that at 3 weeks it's a extended fill and after that it's actually a new set and she should have charged me full price..... then she proceeded to discourage the new girl behind the counter and shame her for making the change instead of just explaining to her after I left . Poor management skills 1: for shaming someone working under you (bully) and 2: for making a customer feel stupid for going off only the information your staff provided. Will probably look for a new place based off this incident ... UPDATED- after I posted the review the manager text me a nice passive aggressive text message and canceled my appointment. Both people I saw here were very sweet and my eyelashes looked great. I have had my eyelashes done several places in Brentwood and never had a reaction. I had a reaction after receiving service here and even after switching to the "sensitive glue" I had a pretty significant reaction. I'm sure that the business would suggest it is my allergy but I have received service at another vendor since with no reaction. My concern is the waxing. I received burned and uneven eyebrows. I would really investigate before receiving any service. read more

This place was AMAZING! I had never gotten my lashes done before, and I thought Id get them done for my wedding. I got a full hybrid, but when I got home I realized it wasnt the look I was going for. I contacted Nicole and let her know that I mistakenly asked for the wrong thing and wanted a more subtle look...and she IMMEDIATELY responded and I went in the next day. She fixed my lashes and made them look PERRRRFECT! I HIGHLY recommend going to this place. I had 2 appointments on December and asked them to remind me the day before but they didn't and I called salon and the lady who did my lashes more than 10 times before my appointment to ask them what time is my appointment, but they didn't answer!
