All I asked was for help after waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to come and open some doors to get my items she yelled I don't have the keys, and then when she felt like it, proceeded to go walking and get the keys yelled from the middle of the store what do you want at this point I wanted to walk out but unfortunately for me I really needed this item.

Her pricing is more than fair and she set up a trial about 2 months before my wedding. I had her change a couple minor things for my wedding makeup and she did a great job understanding what I wanted. She's also so skilled at doing natural makeup, which can be difficult to find for bridal makeup. All of my bridesmaids, mom, and mom-in-law were very happy with their results as well, and the makeup lasted all day despite it being an outside wedding on a hot day.
