I had an appointment with Dr Kiana Nezafat, hoping to get some answers after dealing with several weeks of concerning symptoms. I came in prepared, explained everything clearly, and was genuinely looking for guidance and next steps. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. After sharing my symptoms and asking what might be going on, I was essentially told everything looked "fine" and that I could be referred elsewhere if I wanted. My urine was checked and a pelvic exam was done, but beyond being told things looked normal, there was no real discussion, investigation, or attempt to dig deeper into what could be causing how I feel. I know my body, and I know something isn't right. Being made to feel like my concerns weren't taken seriously was incredibly discouraging. I left with no answers, no plan, and more uncertainty than when I walked in. I had an incredibly disappointing and unethical experience with Dr.Komal Agarwal and her office management. the office provided me with a quote for a in-office procedure which I accepted. However, just three days later, the story completely change. The office called and claimed they could no longer do it in the clinic and insisted on booking a surgery center-exponentially increasing the cost for no clear medical reason. It felt like a blatant attempt to meet 'office targets' rather than prioritize patient care. Dr. Agarwal is extremely fickle-minded, she does not stand by her medical statements or the promises she makes to her patients. It is heartbreaking to see a doctor treat patients as 'cash cows' instead of providing noble, ethical care. If you are looking for a provider who is consistent and not just money-minded, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Avoid if you're older, have PCOS and want to be listened to, Dr Nezafat was horrible, dismissive and kept implying that I was in menopause, I'm not. She kept referencing symptoms I didn't have. I left frustrated and crying without the prescription approved by my endocrinologist. I'll likely need to fly back to California to get the care I need. read more

If you are going to this place to treat a special condition like PMDD, DON'T! AVOID IT! This location claims they know about PMDD but they absolutely do not. Dr. Troxler recommended a psychiatrist for me, rather than helping me fill the gap between PMDD and Endo. I have been a patient of Dr. Troxler for a couple of years. She is a brilliant doctor, but she fails to recognize the severity of PMDD. She is not a specialist in this area so she minimized the gravity of my condition and symptoms. On top of this, her nurse Nicole Leinenweber refused to assist me with ADA request so I could continue working. She would not give a reason, just flat out refused to even look at the paperwork from my employer for the doctor to fill out with my symptoms. Absolutely ridiculous! I have to agree with the other negative reviews about this office not treating you with respect, and literally only want $$$. They definitely DO NOT GO above and beyond to help a patient. read more

I have an awesome experience with Dr. Komal Agarwal. She is one of the most professional, amazing and wonderful doctor. Dr. Agarwal is so kind, gentle, caring, warm and compassionate. Having a conversation with her is like talking to a friend. She is so patient, a great listener and she takes the time to answer all my questions. She is so meticulous and thorough in both the operating room and during consultations. She is also incredibly supportive, humble and down to earth. I am completely comfortable and confident in her care. I am lucky to be under her care. Her Nurse Whitney Elliot is also a great listener and is so patient with all my questions. I saw Dr Komal Agarwal today for because last week I had an emergent appendectomy procedure and on the CT scan they found a 'mass' on my uterus. I was referred to Inspire practice through Northside where I work. I was greeted kindly at the front desk and taken care of quickly for my check in. Tonya was my ultrasound tech and she was super nice and clearly very knowledgeable. I was in and out of my ultrasound and back with the sweet MA and waiting for the doctor in no time. Dr Agarwal greeted me with a warm smile and big heart right away. We talked very in-depth about all of the test results and also other things that I did not even think to address but were relevant for my age. She took her time, (far more than most), and was incredibly thorough. After around 30-45 min with her I left with information in hand for me to go through and learn about plus a plan for later follow up that I felt extremely comfortable about. PLUS....no concern for cancer or masses!! I will now make her my new doctor and will be referring her to everyone. If you are looking for an amazing OBGYN Dr. Komal Agarwal is your girl! read more

I have been going to Dr. Killingsworth for yrs. Always a wonderful bedside manner. I was used to waiting as the practice grew. Now you cannot even get a live person on the phone, they never send updates on your next visit and even when you call the numbers they direct you to, it hangs up. Between the terribly long wait times and never having the opportunity to speak with anyone. It's a No for this practice. read more

Before I talk about the 2 star experience. I will say dr troxler and her assistant the day I went were great. The office its self is clean. the bathroom experience was interesting. For my urine sample I had to pee in a small drinking cup? I don't know if they just ran out of the normal sample cups with the lid... but there was that. And then the office staff is just not "office professional", they had loud music playing, they're laughing, dancing, gossiping giving each other attitude in front of patients. Glad they know how to have fun but there's a time and place for everything and a drs office is not the place for that. People are there for health, women could be reviving good news or news that's hard to hear. Yet the office is loud and rude. The lady who drew my blood did a great job I didn't even feel it. However she was rude. I'm used to offices speaking to you and telling you next steps, example "hi (my name), I'm (their name) step over this way and have a seat I'm going to draw your blood today, how are you?" But that was not the case, this woman literally just stared at me and the chair like I was stupid for not sitting down already and prepping myself for the process. I'm patient and respectful so I was waiting for cues. And she didn't even talk to me. Needless to say I will not be returning due the unprofessionalism in this office. read more

I was a patient of Dr Troxler and midwife nurse Carol Webster and they were both awesome. They helped me throughout my pregnancy. Unfortunately I have to take a star off because of midwife nurse Janice Collins, who I was not a patient of but she came to check on me in my hospital room and her condescending belittling tone at my inability to produce breastmik left me in tears as she accused me of not trying hard enough. She left while the attending nurses comforted me and admitted she was a little harsh. I dont know if that is her natural tone as I am not her patient but she is still a part of Inspire so I guess thats why she checked on me? Anyways I was severally sleep deprived, just delivered a baby and was already receiving help from lactation couches so not sure why she had an attitude with me over a low milk supply that I couldnt control. I do recommend this place but please go with Dr Troxler or one of the other providers and maybe it was a one off experience but because of it, i have to say, avoid the midwife nurse Janice Collins. read more

PLEASE first time mothers read this review even if you don't listen to anything else you read about this place. As a first time mom I was so terrified and wanted to find a good practice. I found inspire due to their large number of 5 star Google reviews. I wanted to find a practice that I felt comfortable and secure with. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is not good.The two ladies at the front desk never greeted me or said hello. I walked up to them and had to initiate conversation the last time I was there. Also upon my very first appointment before having anything done or getting fully checked in they ask for me to pay. I was quite confused because I hadn't seen any one at that time and it was my first visit with this office. Typically when I go to a drs office I pay after they have preformed the service they are charging me for. Although this rubbed me the wrong way I didn't let it bother me because maybe that's just how they run things. The second time I check in they ask me what doctor I'm seeing that day. I wasn't sure because I was just scheduled for lab work, I explain this to them and asked if my name would suffice for them looking up my appointment instead of naming a specific doctor. They then hand me a sheet of paper and tell me walk to the lab and give this to them. I am confused because surely they aren't expecting me to just know where their lab is on my second visit to this office and will point me in the right direction or SOMETHING. But nope not a word. not even looking at me at this point. So I let them know I am not sure where their lab is because I've been to this office just once and asked if they could direct me so kindly to where I need to go. I then get to the lab and am once again not greeted by anyone. No one says anything so I am just standing there awkwardly and finally ask if this is where I need to be. She says yeah sit down. Doesn't speak to me at all while taking my blood and that was basically all of the conversation we had. Now to get to seeing the OBGYN for the first time, I felt VERY rushed. She basically came in told me the process and left. Didn't take time to speak to me, didn't take time to go over my ultrasound, nothing. I decided after my last visit that I did not want to have a doctor/office that is so unwelcoming and is all about money. It is very apparent that time with their patients is not as important as how many patients they are seeing every day. I made the decision at 10 weeks to switch over to a new practice and it is the best decision I have ever made. Just getting to walk in to a practice where the lady at the front desk spoke to me and said hello was such a difference. Not to mention at the new practice I went to my doctor was so kind and spent over 40 minutes with me going over everything with me, assuring me that I was in good hands. I am writing this review because I would never want a new mother to feel the anxiety and coldness I felt while going to inspire. There are other practices who will deliver at the same hospital that will give you the time you need and make you feel welcomed and cared for. Please try one of those before you try this place. read more

Staff are helpful, personable, and kind, otherwise I've have never had a super great experience here. My first or second visit, I was told I "had anorexia" after I told them I struggled to eat enough, which is completely not true and frankly unhelpful and last time I was rushed and only given half my patient time. read more

I have seen Dr. Middletown twice . Her manner is kinda cold and not very welcoming. I'm a nurse myself and with the first issue I was having I had to ask for certain labs to be ordered. You would think she would have ordered them previously to rule other things out as I had been in there for 3 times already. The second time I was diagnosed with something new and her manner was rushed feeling and not very informative. Also she never said what I needed to do going foward such a a follow up etc . This is a disorder that does not go away so follow up will be needed. Also she was vague in explaining certain things. Thankfully being a nurse I'm familiar with this diagnosis but if I had no medical experience I would be worried . Will be looking for a new OB . Office staff is nice though . read more

The staff is extremely friendly and personable. Dr. Middleton was very nice but just simply did not meet my expectations at all. I am 23 years old and unexpectedly got pregnant during Covid with my first pregnancy. I went and for my first appointment scared and completely clueless as to what to expect, I didn't know what to do or not to do, what I can eat and not eat, what to expect at my appointments I always went in not knowing what to expect. They do not explain anything they do not answer questions and they always seem to be in a rush and inconvenienced if you have a question. they also never explain any procedures or go over the results with you. I was told I have HPV when I do not. They didn't tell me what to expect and gave me absolutely no information on pregnancy. They do not ever answer the phone and then take a week to return your call. They also even lost one of my checks so that I sent as a form of payment and never sent a bill in the mail and then told me I owed late fees for not paying on time. Not once in the entire pregnancy did they tell me what hospital I would be delivering at or even give me an option even though I asked 1 million times. Like I said very nice stuff but the most unorganized business I have ever seen. At 30 weeks pregnant I switched to a new practice and it was THE BEST decision I ever made. read more

Dr. Middleton was the first ob/gyn I ever saw, so I've been seeing her for probably 6 years now. She is very knowledgeable on all body systems and is very helpful with issues outside of her specialty. She takes lots of time to answer your questions and doesn't rush out the door like many doctors. Everybody at the practice is very nice! read more

It's not easy finding a doctor in any field who actually cares about you and your well being. I followed Dr. Killingsworth from her previous office into a practice she opened with another doctor. I will always be a patient of hers. She is the ONLY doctor I've ever found that cares, spends time with EVERY patient, is very thorough when answering questions and explaining anything to you. She has delivered one of my children, consoled me during a miscarriage, operated on a very large cyst, and is now helping me through secondary infertility caused by my being overweight and pre-diabetic. She's helped me pick the right way to approach and reverse the pre-diabetes, lose weight, and ultimately the goal is to get pregnant again! The amount of genuine compassion I feel as a patient will be the reason I will always trust Dr. Killingsworth with any and all OBGYN needs. read more
