The medical staff at Parris & Associates is great. However, their office staff is terrible. Worst…read moredoctor's office I have ever seen. They recently started collecting a $100 copay in advance, which apparently has nothing to do with my insurance or the expected cost of the visit. They collected the $100 copay last time, and apparently the actual copay on my insurance when it was filed was only about $18 or so. Furthermore, I had an $80 CREDIT on file with them from their previous billing system, so now they owe me $162. This has been going on since February. Sabrina, who takes care of billing, has been no help and refuses to call me back. She's always "in a meeting" when I call. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office except to pay a bill or make an appointment. They all hide behind their voice-response system. Lately, they've started requiring Social Security numbers from patients. That's bad enough, but worse is that they print these numbers--all 9 digits--on receipts and other paperwork that they give to patients at their visits. This mishandling of PII is going to result in a bunch of ID theft and possible lawsuits. Whoever is running their office is doing a terrible job.

I showed the receptionist the conformation email....along with the link showing I filled out paperwork. She did not seem embarrassed at all (probably a regular occurrence). She was rather glib and patronizing. "I'll tell my manager." She had the nerve to tell me to have a good day. Wasted my morning! I would never go back or recommend them. Shame on you!

Parris and Associates Rheumatology - My second visit a telemedicine with Dr. Ahmed. He may look young but don't be fooled. I do believe he's third generation MD. And it shows!

The office staff that supports Dr. Minter are so kind and helpful; I truly appreciate a doctor's team that goes the extra mile to help a patient that is in pain. From the front desk to the tech who did my x-rays to the PA, excellent and outstanding. The office is laid out so well and very thoughtful. Heck, even the building is well thought out with a courtesy shuttle to and from your car and wheelchairs right inside the door if they are needed. There are plenty of chairs throughout the office for those of us in pain that can't walk far. The chairs are plentiful and comfortable for anyone. They also have plenty of sanitizer stations, and take care with masks and gloves. Dr. Minter is also excellent. He took the time to listen to my fears and not only did he address them, he made sure I knew my path forward without question. I feel 100% fully supported with needing knee surgery. He's a very kind doctor and a great listener. Thank you Dr. Minter and your entire staff for being amazing at what you do!

I've had…read moreconsults with several plastic surgeons, and she is clearly one of the most highly regarded in her field -- but what stood out most was her integrity. After a thoughtful and thorough discussion, she told me she felt she was not the right person to perform my surgery and recommended another surgeon instead. That level of honesty is rare. It would have been easy for her to proceed, but she chose what she believed was best for me. Dr. Alderman is warm, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients and about doing what's right, not just what's convenient. That kind of professionalism and ethical standard speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and principled plastic surgeon.

Dr. Alderman came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I had significant drooping/loss of elasticity another highly recommended Dr. in Beverly Hills told me I would need an anchor incision. Dr. Alderman reassured me that she would be able to do a lollipop incision. Because I wanted to focus on shape and not size(I was already a DD and had given birth twice), we opted to do a lift + implant(200ccs). She recommended a boost implant that would basically add the fullness I desired up top without making me too too heavy. My results are absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have imagined anything better.
