Definitely NOT a run of the mill type of PT Clinic, which you may get with large practices. First of all the building looks like a house and the staff makes you fee like home! Front office manager Kim was professional and helpful in getting my process started. Randy the Physical Therapist is a character! Funny and very easy to talk to put me at ease which was extremely helpful since I was in so much pain. His wife and assistant Michelle was also very tender and easygoing. This mom and pop shop so to speak was actually a breath of fresh air from all of the sterile feeling clinical doctors offices I went to. Appointment times are staggered so that you really feel as if you are their only patient. They ask you to set aside an hour and a half for them and they spend the entire time with you, listening to everything you say (this is unheard of in a great way!) I felt that the exercises and therapy services were excellent and really sped my healing process. Although a jovial man, Randy is also all business and knows his stuff, and I felt as if I was in very capable and knowledgeable hands. The office was very, very clean and I felt even though being alone with either of them at times in the office, they were always appropriate and completely professional. Their large standard poodle even met me at the door one day! Talk about a family atmosphere! It really makes me think about how wonderful the days must have been when doctors made house calls. Somehow the environment of a home feel really does make you feel much less anxious about being treated, and you feel more like an instant friend and not just a patient. You can reach them by phone any time you call, you can be seen if you just drop in with a question, always available for your needs. They also worked with my insurance and were VERY generous when I had some financial difficulty. I am still so amazed at my experience. And although I hope I never need PT again in life, if I ever do, this is the place! Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, this is a gold mine!

I was lucky to be her last patient covered by Providence insurance, although there was a small billing issue since they stopped accepting it. Bailey helped me work with the billing office to solve the problem. They told me it would cost $35 per session after insurance. Once sessions complete I was charged approximately $100 after insurance per session!! I did 9 sessions with them without knowing that I would be charged $100 per session after insurance!! I have 2 insurance!! One primary and one secondary. To make it worse they even sent my info to collection without my knowledge. This is the worst outfit that I've ever dealt with. I am very upset about this!!!

My experience with physical therapy in the past hadn't been positive, but I've changed my mind now. ATI (just off Murray) is a great choice for exceptional care. I found the experience with physical therapists, Matt Dunn and Clarke Young, to be exceptional in that they seemed to really care for and connect with all their patients. Annette at the front desk is always cheerful, knowledgeable and able to accommodate changes in scheduling. Everyone's mood there is positive, supportive, and enthusiastic. There is much humor, personal attention, and most of all-encouragement to do our best. I had a stroke a little over a year ago and have had all types of treatment, but I hadn't heard of…read more"shockwave therapy" until I recently saw an add on Facebook. At this point I'd try anything what the heck. They had a deal where they gave you half off your first treatment and they were close by so I made an appointment. I can barely walk and I'm constantly have pain in my upper legs (about where my fimer is) and some sciatica on both sides. It's about an 4 minute process for each side sending an electrical current to those specific areas. I didnt feeling working right away, but within a day the pain was less and less. It's a 6 week commitment and cost $600 total and we'll worth it. My sciatica was gone within 4 visits and I don't have any pain in my legs.
