So many cool things about that experience... 1) I used a chainsaw for the first time and now I want to cut down all the trees! 2) We put something that wouldn't fit in our car in our relatively new truck bed... it was sooooo big! 3) While I was there, I bought several jars of their honey (again)! They have completely embraced the "hot honey" trend and are making some amazing honeys that are perfect for a nice "drizzle" on pizza, a Christmas ham or even as a sweetener in your green beans or spaghetti sauce! Cox's plant farm was a fun adventure for picking flowers with the family! The store is VERY large…read moreand they have multiple greenhouses. It is also very neat, clean, and organized. Cox's also has equipment, tools, accessories, and all of the gardening necessities your heart desires! The flowers were hearty colorful and the quality for the price is hands down 5 out of five! There was a very tall man working in the shrub area who approached me for help and showed me exactly what I came for and explained how to take care of it. He also pointed out that they have a one year guarantee on their perennials for one price or you could pay the lower fee and take the plant as is. The snag I ran into with my family was how rude the front end staff was. We were glared at and not greeted. Then when it was time to cash out my mom asked one of the cashiers if she was open. The cashier rolled her eyes made a face and said yeah as though the last thing she wanted to do was cash us out. Her attitude was incredibly rude and disgusting!! The cashier that cashed me out wasn't much better. She didn't take the time to explain the difference between the 1yr guarantee and the as is price she just charged me the higher price without regard. Over all it's a great store for all of your planting needs they just need some customer service support intervention ASAP!! I would go again. I just hope the front end staff is nicer!

Most of the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I do wish that they would not mark up purses and shoes so high that aren't worthy of the prices. My boyfriend and I have a joke that if a purse is clean it's automatically $10 and if a heel has a wedge it's automatically $5. This generally holds true, which is kind of silly because item is hardly ever worth the price. Maybe they should find a new system for marking up items. Also keep in mind that this location does use the online goodwill auction site for miscellaneous items and most have in store pickup to avoid shipping costs.

Most recently my Mom and I dropped by on a Sunday afternoon to do a little shopping. The employee Julia was so kind and even stayed after the shop closed to allow us to browse a bit more! She showed us a table of designer denim that one customer consigned including many pairs of Joe's jeans, Paige and other big name brands...at excellent prices! She also explained that they had a selection of very gently used formal gowns in the back. There is a nice assortment of jewelry and household decorative items for sale, as well. Something for everyone! I found a nice cardigan sweater for $18 that looked brand new, as well as some local honey and salsa. Love the RB!!
