Even though I'm not a DIY person, I was able to describe the type of tray I wanted, and the owner quickly showed me how easy it was to have one made to my specs. Their variety of tray handles inspired me to have one built by them, rather than ordering online from a big company or a foreign woodworker. I was happy to spend money at a local small business, especially one with such a friendly and knowledgeable owner. But they do have three cats to keep you company while you're waiting! The gentleman does not wear a mask, which did make me uncomfortable. I would have liked for them to adhere to COVID precautions in order to keep their customers safe! That's the only reason for four stars, other than that I was happy with my visit.

You can buy a three foot evergreen tree and plant the tree after the winter months instead of cutting down a tree. Being the person I am I hate the idea of cutting down a tree just for decor but the idea of planting a tree instead is such an awesome idea. As far as plants and gardening material there is a wide selection to choose from. They have also recently started to get a wide variety of GMO free plants. My family has purchased cherry trees, apple trees and other garden essentials from Progreen. I would highly recommend someone who is looking for local food or garden selection to take a look inside.

My issue with customer service is the office manager Terry- if she wasn't still the office manager- I would put them at 5 stars. I am hoping my issue with her is isolated because Bill is great. He has now taken care of any issues I had in an efficient and friendly manner. He is very knowledgeable and hands on and the company has a wide range of products. We have black out honeycomb upstairs in the bedrooms that can come down from the top or up from the bottom (see pictures). They are super neat!

The isles and each area are clearly marked, which helps reduce search time. I was looking for unique Christmas containers, wrapping paper plus organizanal kitchen solutions. I found many phenomenal ideas, but unfortunately, my cabinets aren't conducive to most of the exceptional products I saw. On a positive note, I found many containers that will improve my linen and bedroom closets, along with my kitchen areas. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly as I was browsing. They were stocking shelves and building displays with boxes out of the isleways. I ran out of time quickly, but I'll return to select the perfect items that will organize my overstuffed closets and cabinets.
