All of the tours you put together for use were amazing from the: bike tour, food tour, northern lights, snowmobiling, ice caves, glaciers and the helicopter tour.... there is just to many cool things we did and saw on this trip to write down. The hotels were 4 star by far along with the food they provided. Iceland was so beautiful and we would love to go back One suggestion you should really offer to your clients to spend a night or two at the Blue Lagoon Spa Hotel. It was so relaxing and we did not have to worry about any of the day trippers the hotel has a part of the lagoon all to it self. Its pricey but well worth it.

At 10 AM I called & the driver & was told "Hes 30 mins away" or it would now be them getting here @ 10:30 and hour late. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE CAN YOU BE? You make a reservation you set it up the night before you tell them its a Drs Appt So you give them time for error as you want to make sure you are there on time as its a 10 to 13 Min Drive at MOST BTW: AS PER MAPQUEST From my Address to 1050 SE Monterey Rd in Stuart, FL, is a short distance, roughly 1-2 miles, a quick 5-10 minute drive. I thought I was getting the 4 star and it turns out I got the 2.9 Star which turned out to be a zero. My husband was going to wait at the drs office instead the driver would have come at his appt time so he would have been charged for the Cancellation IMAGINE perhaps they will change and I hope so but YEAH I WONT BE FINDING OUT
