I have never been so happy to find this place when searching online... I'd give it 10 stars!!! I booked a couples 60 minute hot stone massage as a surprise gift for my fiancé. First, the spa itself is so warming, welcoming and gorgeous. The environment is so comforting and we felt relaxed as soon as we walked in. The appointment started promptly. Crystal and Erin were absolutely wonderful with us-- so sweet and caring. And they absolutely want to tend to all of your needs and make sure you're having the best experience! Came in on Saturday for an hour massage with Becky. She was fantastic! So friendly and perfect pressure the entire time. She made sure to ask about areas that were bothering me and focused on rubbing them out and helping my back feel better. The atmosphere inside the spa is so warm, inviting, and calm. Wow Colin gets at my muscles like he knows exactly where the pain is. I like deep tissue due to being so tight all the time. Colin is great right from the start. He's perfect at getting me all relaxed then he starts getting in the deepest spots. I have seen him a few times now and every single time seems better than the last. Maybe it's because I finally found a therapist that can get through these muscles. I'm so glad I found him at Inspiring Hands on Westnedge near downtown Kalamazoo! I make sure to see him weekly now. I visited Inspiring Hands Massage about a month ago while visiting my mom. I had a facial and my mom got a back/neck/shoulder massage as well as the tired legs treatment. My mom and I are still talking about how wonderful of an experience we had. First, the place itself is incredibly warm and cozy and very inviting. It has a nice feeling the moment you walk inside. Secondly, I've had well over 20 facials in my life, in many places all over the U.S., and my facial with Ashley was top 3, if not the best, I've ever had. She was the perfect mix of letting me know the products that she was using and why and also allowing me to quietly relax. I did in fact purchase a couple of products, but I certainly was not given a sales pitch after. More of suggestions of things I could do. I don't mind extractions, but she didn't do extractions and my face was left glowing, bright and clear. She was amazing and the next time I'm in town visiting, it will be top on my to-do list. Now, my mom's two treatments were done by two different women and she is still raving about them both. My mom is currently going through chemotherapy treatment and these two women were not only incredibly kind but put my mom at immediate ease and she was able to relax and thoroughly enjoy both massages. It was the perfect couple of hours for my mom and I'm so thankful for the experience. We both will be back. read more

I visited here once and it was my first massage experience, anywhere. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I would continue to recommend it to others. First of all, the place is super cute ... an old house with cute decor, it feels so homey and comfortable - the upstairs "bedrooms" are the massage rooms. I booked a standard 1 hour massage with Kenny. Having never gotten a massage before, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was amazing. I also really appreciated that he respected the environment to relax and let me be the one to initiate conversation if I wanted to chit chat. He checked in occasionally to make sure the massage pressure was OK in different areas. I will definitely come back when I need a special treat for myself. read more
