Clearly something went wrong during booking or something got lost in translation or I just got someone who didn't want to give that long of a massage. Josh provided an amazing and informative Swedish massage on my first visit. He made me feel very comfortable (and was SO kind when I told him I was feeling a bit overheated and needed a break, in which he took the time to adjust the fans and room temperature to make me feel more comfortable.) He explained the techniques he was using and which areas would be targeted. We were also able to get a better understanding of problem areas. Josh really helped me feel comfortable weaning back into massage therapy, following previous treatments to help my back pain. Following the massage, we had a quick debrief on it was recommended I try out a deep tissue massage for my next appointment. I was able to work with Jason and he was absolutely amazing, as well! I was nervous going into a higher pressure massage, but Jason kept open communication and made me feel comfortable to let him know pressure levels and spots to work on. I left feeling loose and relaxed, and both Jason and Josh did a great job of providing extensive aftercare information in order to extend the benefits of the massage.
