The main issue I've had is unsanitary behavior.in the men's locker room. Despite all the signs about washing before getting in the hot tub or cold plunge and wearing proper swim attire, guys (particularly under 25 yo crowd) will routinely use the sauna or steam room, and then hop right in the hot tub or cold plunge with nothing but underwear. Even worse, they throw their underwear in the swim suit water extractor. The locker rooms often smell like sewage. I've even been swimming laps only to see a bunch of high school or early college aged males jumping in the pool with only underwear... there were little kids at the pool! I spoke up that time, and they actually were surprised saying they had done it multiple times. Staff has been informed but does not enforce. The response I've received is, "it's above my pay grade." Upper level management and female staff seem to care more about this, but nothing has been done that actually fixes the issue. Apart from this it would be a 4/5 rating overall.

They are usually "nice", but they make excuses for their lack of reliability and they have difficulty answering questions regarding membership fees and cancellations of their program. They are never looking to do the right thing even if it simply means doing what they can to refund your $10 for the month that they can't explain a charge for. I finally asked them to remove my credit card information and they terminated my account. So if you do not live locally, do not join. Cancelling is a nightmare.

Because there was no involvement with the bone, the hand surgeon couldn't do anything for me. For the last three years I've been living with a chronic ache in my thumb and the skin was numb. The VA suggested I try acupuncture, and I am so glad they did. After the first two sessions, my nerves have reconnected. I have more sensation in the left thumb than the right! The ache is gone.
