I can't say I was surprised after he was willing to let my coverage go without even personally notifying me to at least offer help. You would think that he would've perhaps been interested in trying to earn the money he had been paid for, especially when I came asking multiple times. Unprofessional to say the least. Thanks for leaving me on an island. I won't ever recommend your services to any business that needs insurance. But I will tell them about your work ethic, laziness, and despicable business practices.

I recently started looking for new insurance and decided to check out the State Farm website. The…read moreprocess was straightforward, and to my surprise, the rates from such a well-known company were actually very reasonable. I quickly received a quote by email, followed by an introductory message from a local agent. I didn't have time to look into it further at that moment, but I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't flooded with extra emails or phone calls. About a week later, I finally called the office. When the call was answered, I initially thought I had reached an AI service because the voice was that perfect. It turned out to be Sarah! Her voice was so clear and professional that I almost hung up, but I'm glad I didn't because she was fantastic. Sarah immediately pulled up my quote and reviewed all the coverages with me, even noticing that I had forgotten to include my solar panels. My previous insurance company had nearly doubled my rates, but her quote was already saving me around $400. Then she asked if I had any vehicles insured. Once we went through those details, she managed to save me $2 a month!!! Haha! That might not sound like much, but when she bundled my home and auto policies, it added nearly another $400 in savings. Altogether, I'm saving just under $800 a year simply by making that one call. Shopping for insurance can be stressful, but the State Farm website and Sarah in particular made the process simple, pleasant, and worth it!
