This is long over due! I had Instaglam Photobooths at my wedding this past January and it was so much fun! Jason was the attendee and he was very nice to my guests. Many of them said that he helped them out and didn't rush them through the booth. The booth was set up nicely and so were the props. The area was clean throughout the whole night thanks to Jason! I also purchase a photo album to go along with the booth and my husband and I love it! Guests were able to glue and write something in our album for us to take home. Glue and markers were also provided. It was like the "guest book". We loved reading through the album to look at what our guests said lol Pictures came our great! I had family fly in to attend the event and family from her fathers side that im not regularly in touch with. Offering to reprint the photo strips gives me copies but what about the guests, they still have the printout with "Instaglam" clear across the top and my daughters even misspelled and cut off. Anyone that is interested in reading the email conversation I have saved to back what I am saying up is free to add to this post I would be more than happy to forward them, along with the original layout that was sent to me. Don't waste your money.. your event can not be re-done. read more

The booth was poorly set-up, the props were terrible, the book was a a notebook with printer pages and the photographer refused to do more than 12 pages. He also put out a tip jar expecting our guests to give him more money. Poor service, poor photography and a HUGE disappointment! My wedding guests loved the photo booth and I have really enjoyed looking through the images and seeing everyone having such a wonderful time. Jason was easy to get a hold of and was quick to respond to my emails and questions. Our custom footer looks great on the bottom of the film strips and matched our wedding logo perfectly. We did have an issue with the contract being unclear about what was included and I had to pay another $150 to get everything I wanted (to be fair, it was still significantly less than some of the other companies I had looked at). The day of the wedding was a little unorganized, my venue requested the set-up delivery be at 3:00 and I received a call at 3:10 saying he would be late. At 3:50 (10 minutes before the wedding) he was calling me asking where to set up. Don't call the bride, that is a bad idea. He also had to borrow a light bulb from the venue. Some guests said they felt uncomfortable asking for the additional print copies (which I paid for) when it seemed like an inconvenience to the attendant. Overall I am still happy with the choice to use Instaglam, I just wish it would have been a smoother process. read more

Totally a HUGE fan of Instaglam Photobooth services. My company wanted me to contact them to do an event for our store, and the owner Jason got back to me so promptly! All contact with him was so easy and quick throughout the whole process. He was definitely super helpful and very willing and patient. When they arrived the day of the event they were so professional. They set up quickly, and changed into nice suits to help our guests better identify them. We had a special theme for our event and they even matched the photo background to go along with our event. They brought a table full of props and the guests seemed to be having a blast with them. I even was able to hop in for a bit with a few of my friends and take some amazing photos to remember the night. I only wish we had opted to get the scrap book service option, so that we would have a fun book full of memories to look at all the time. We will definitely be using Instaglam Photo booths for all of our photo booth needs in the future!!! read more

Jason was fantastic to work with, easy to get a hold of, and a great source of energy for our wedding. Our guests love the easy access to the photo booth plus the mountains of props Jason brought! We could have spent all night taking creative photos! Jason added our monogram to the bottom of our photo strips which created a great memento and class to the copies our guests were able to take home. The photos printed fast and Jason was there to print any extra copies if needed. I loved the CD of all of the images I received at the end of the night. As a bride you are quite busy, but this allowed me to see some of the "fun" that was going on with our guests and is a great reminder of our special day! Thanks Jason! read more

Update 1/4/16: I received an email from the Instaglam rep, Jason, shortly after I posted my review and decided to add another star due to his professionalism and for being so attentive in fixing what went wrong. He was very quick to issue us back a refund for the additional amount paid for the backdrop that we didn't receive as well as for the Facebook integration that didn't end up working during the event. Based on this, I would recommend their services. *** Hired Instaglam for our company party. Seemed great based on the positive reviews and the fact that they were going to give us the same deal we found on Groupon. All in all the experience wasn't terrible but we had asked for a specific background (and paid in advance for) but didn't receive it. They gave us a horrible patterned background after we had asked in advance for the gold glitter one and they didn't bother telling us it wasn't available. If we had known we would have picked a different solid background. Also they did not tell us in advance that the images weren't going to be available except only via CD. We thought that like other photobooth companies they would simply upload the images and send us a link. Nope! Instead, after I followed up more than a few times, we were finally told that something was wrong with the uploading process. We did receive our images via CD over a week later. Like I said, it wasn't a horrible experience, but it was pretty crap that they never told us about the background and took so long to rectify the upload/cd issue. read more

I had intended to use someone else's services through a groupon deal, not knowing that I was required to have booked the event at least 2-3 mths prior, well a week before my event I found myself with no photo booth for my daughters Quincianera. Surprisingly, 2 years have passed since my wedding and I reached out to Jason regarding his offer, he was polite and instantly replied. I'm so happy w his professionalism and care to his customers. Planning on using him in the near future. *Old review* Jason seemed professional and was quick to respond to emails. I felt as if he had the utmost concern for customer satisfaction. I had high hopes for the photo booth at my wedding. Unfortunately, the photos that were being taken were blurry. When I (as the bride) brought it to the guy working the booths attention his words were, "go ahead and call my boss." I was shocked by his reaction and by that time - pissed. Everyone's photos looked so bad. I was actually embarrassed by it.... Finally, my groom talked to the guy and the problem was solved. (Cool!) I went in the photo booth and to my surprise - the backdrop was exactly what I told Jason I didn't want. I wanted all black, that's definitely not what I got. The photo book they give you is a joke as well, the guy used a glue stick and slapped the strips in place. I can't believe I spent so much money on this booth. I am so glad we went with Instaglam Photobooth! It honestly was the best asset to my sister-in-laws 18th birthday. Everyone had so much fun taking pictures and were surprised we even had the photo-booth. Jason is the best, he was able to accommodate us within a few days before the event and was so easy to work with. He also helped us design the film boarder which was pretty cool, we wanted a Halloween themed since the party was Halloween Costume themed and the designs were perfect! The design included Michael Myers, Freddie vs. Jason, and Chucky. Joel was our attendant and he was the best, really nice guy. I was a little nervous on getting this company because of some bad reviews but I eventually did go with them and it was the best decision ever! For those who aren't sure whether to go with Instaglam Photobooth you should! It is really great and awesome add on for any occasion and your guest will love it, I know our guests did, they did not want to stop taking pictures. I love taking funny pictures with my friends and took advantage of the opportunity at a local event with friends. This one by far was the best one I have came across! (And trust me I take advantage of as many photo booths because I love the memories!) Jason was very sweet and patient with us even when we were having trouble trying to get a good picture. Threw a Bday party back in September and used this company so this review is a little late. But had to make sure people know how awesome of an experience I had! Jason was scheduled to be at my event at 6pm--showed up 10 min early. He wasted no time setting everything up and by the time my party started he was ready to go. He was great about responding to my questions before the event and sent me a template of what the strips would look like ahead of time so we could make changes as necessary. Very personable and friendly towards my guests. Just one small suggestion and that would be to make the reservation process smoother. The wedding went mostly as planned (there are always a few hiccups throughout the night) and the ONE thing that was on point the entire night was the photobooth. Jason was awesome.
