I made a deposit and opened up my first account. The teller name was Dawn. I deposited 4,500. Seems like a lot of money. Remember, this is 3 months of pay. She told me I only had 4300. I questioned it and tried to dispute it with her, but she convinced me I miscounted. I thought it was an error on my employer behalf. Turns out I was scammed by dawn. Spread the word.

Hello all i'm writing this review to save others from going through what I went through at Chase…read moreATM about an hour ago. I went there and withdrew $800 to pay my rent tomorrow. Well a lovely Chase ATM took $800 out of my account made sure they charge me their four dollar fee and then didn't disperse the cash on my receipt. It stated we are unable to give cash right now please call at one 800 number call the one 800 number of course got a run around and couldn't get a rep on the phone. What they did is they deducted the money from my account and didn't give me the cash which is unheard of. I immediately had a nervous breakdown because I had to pay my rent tomorrow not to mention I had just gotten off of work anybody knows a normal ATM does not withdraw funds from your account if they don't give it to you do not trust this bank. I've never had this happen at any bank. I would not recommend this bank or using any of their ATMs if that's how they do business Total disappointment and will never ever in life use them again. I hope this saves another poor young woman or young man from going through what I went through tonight. Be blessed.

I call and was told it was never ordered but they could expedite one for $60. I said why should I have to pay for your mistake. they had my branch manager call me to tell me they won't waive the fee, I can take it or leave it, her words. she is the branch manager in palm city , she was actually yelling at me by the end of the call. time to find a new bank. SeacoastBank went downhill very fast....

I have personal and business accounts that are now CenterState since the changeover from Harbor and I am now looking for a new bank. It is not the same. They came with promises of better technology and more resources but what we got was disappointment and frustration. Several of my staff have changed banks and so have family members. I will be next to go! It's s shame cuz Harbor was the best!!!
