To start with, I had called this bank ahead of time to ask about their notary services for account holders. I have a TD Bank credit card, and this makes me an account holder! Unlike the bank where I keep my checking account, their notary services will sign wills, and their bank employees will act as witnesses. Awesome! Coming in, I didn't have to wait long- a bank representative sat me down and brought me everything I needed. It was the quickest, simplest, most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a bank. Sitting there in awe, I definitely thought - if I ever decide to switch my checking to a different bank, this would be a high contender on customer service alone. Thank you!

The teller was rude and condescending to my partner and treated him poorly. My mother who is a client and on my account just happened to be there and was able to make the deposit, but the same teller demanded she go to her station to complete the deposit. She was so nasty! I'd like to say this was an isolated incident but it is just another example of how bad the service is. If it weren't for the convenience of mobile banking and other ways to access my account information, I would definitely close my accounts. Thankfully I don't have to deal with them in person very often. I work at a local bank and if we talked to clients or non-clients the way the associates talked to us, I would be unemployed. Unfortunately, the deposit slip was completed incorrectly, and only $190 was credited to my account. After discovering the discrepancy, I returned to the branch and met with the branch manager, who reviewed the available camera footage. The video confirmed the interaction but did not capture the teller's cash verification process and as the funds were counted outside of the camera's view(?).. The manager soon after reached out to me advising the overage was recovered and credited to my account. Thank you, to MidFlorida for respecting and responding to customer feedback.
